This makes me think of an extremely paranoid man who has a phobia of pink and elephants, due to a traumatizing childhood experience (being caught in, and barely surviving, an enraged elephant stampede while visiting the circus as a child - the fear of pink comes from the cotton candy he got at the circus on that particular day). And ever since that day, he suffers from seeing hallucinations of hordes of monstrous pink elephants following him around and threatening to crush him.
You guys did a a great job.
You may be interested in the Camp Here And There podcast! It's a story about a character with psychosis-- when he is stalked by a man in an elephant mask, people assume he is once again "seeing pink elephants" and write off the very real danger.
I'm absolutely flabbergasted as to why this band isn't more popular.
