I didn't have the kind of mom that sang me lullabies. I had the kind of mom that relinquished me to the state at 4. I was adopted at 6 by a mom with a beautiful voice and a cold heart. She'd only sing at church and to practice for performances. I inherited a bunch l of Disney records and a record player. I would sit in the basement for hours listening to them. This song was always my favorite. I sang it to all of my babies when they were little...... now they're all musicians....lol

I'm so mad she didnt get further with American idol. Her voice is fucking amazing, shes gorgeous, has her own unique style, and is super talented. If you have not heard her music, fix that asap. "Troubled mind" is literally my favorite song. I constantly search her audition video for idol just to listen to her over n over again. I wish her all the success in the world ...😘😘💜💜💜💜
