Quran ka samajna is for the mind and recitation of Quran is for the heart both have their own benefits. Like we can build the love relationship with the Quran by reciting it and then intellectual relation through learning the meaning and tafseer. Quran khatam nahi hota Quran ki takmeel hoti hai. So in other months we should read tafseer of Quran and in rakadan we should recite it beautifully and tehr tehr k.
