How have I never heard this I used to use part of that psalm of David Create in me a clean heart and still do bc he was known as a man after Gods own heart bc no matter what the sin, how horrible when he repented, he didnt do it again....truly turned....he believed God loved him enough to forgive him and he moved forward....I dream of that...much love

These are hard questions. This song is literally a psalm or heavily derived from one (psalms are meant to be sung).
