ive been telling myself that i need to do more to have a soulmate relationship, like have a better job more money and a new place to live, also to be more progressed with my purpose work stuff. it feels really true to me. its been 9 months now since my covertly narcissistic trauma bond relationship, and im mostly healed from it id say. and just want to connect with a girl again but on a soul level this time. can it actually be as easy as just dealing with the energetic part of it. i dont know how much is gods plan and what is meant to be and our own doing

I love your question, "Can it actually be as easy as just dealing with the energetic part of it?" Honestly I think it's huge, but it is still one-half of the piece. Think of this again in terms of masculinity and femininity needing to join up. The physical and spiritual also need to join up. Spirituality has been neglected in so many of us for so long that when you finally get the energetics going it can unleash HUGE blocks and create miracles in your life.
Since you are doing the tangible work of having a better job, a good place to live, etc. (very masculine of you.) This might be your only missing piece. As you continue to join together the two and recognize you need both (the tangible stability AND the belief system that you're worthy) THAT is where the magic happens. That unity within you, and the confidence from knowing you are living the life you were meant to, THAT will draw your soulmate to you. Honestly probably very rapidly.

To add to this, I also want to say that I think it's common for a man to hold off on love until he's got everything going perfectly in his external life. Meanwhile the girl who truly loves him simply wants him by her side. He will continue to make hoops to jump through while she would simply love connection, a phone call, or his time... Some things to ponder. The idea that we have to hold off on love is what I believe to be the illusion. Some times it's helpful to grow together and you can accomplish MORE in terms of work and motivation with a good woman by your side.
You're always going to want to be proud of yourself with a good home, money, job and the external things. You're going to want them... Keep working for them... Just don't make it another never-ending hoop ;)
