After a fresh rebuild using all terrain tamer parts in my 60 series split case, I somehow overlooked putting oil in it, and this is the result.

Yep, it feels bad at the time when we realise we made a mistake. But you are not a dummy. The man who made no mistakes, made nothing. But you are making something, something good, an old school fj40, 😃👍

What are your wheel and tyre specs? what brand rim and what offset are they? Love the look and want to do similar to my hj47. Cheers
when i changed the transfer case seal on my 2000 all wheel drive land cruiser ,when i turn the rear wheel jamming or lagging when i go straight it goes fine . do you know what could be the problem
Did that H55f bolt straight up to the 2f or did it need a different input shaft in it?
How much difference in fuelmiliage is there between 4-speed and the 5-speed gearboxes?
