First, activate the computer in the building with the camera on front, then open 2 gates with the buttons in the small cabins, then open Priboi's cell door with the switch upstairs above the exit gate. Finally, go to the roof there. That triggers Priboi to start walking. Don't go through the exit gate yourself. That causes mission failed, stay on the roof until he reached the truck. Seeing Priboi fire on some guys is pretty cool. He looks like a mob boss. Bad shooter, though...
