My 38 year old Son and I will be going to the show in Houston in October 2023. We've seen them 2 times before. Love them and I'm 60 years old. Lol.
Enjoy and i am only 5 years behind you 😂
Excellent!! What a voice!
Thank you for sharing for those of us that couldn't make it. Im in chronic pain and i love that i still get to share a piece of it from home.
Well, I was supposed to watch a little bit of this, give myself a taster of what to expect in Cardiff in November, I ended up watching the whole thing singing to every song. Best band on the planet
This was AWESOME!! I can’t tell y’all how much I loved this! I’m a bookkeeper and it helped get me through balancing checkbooks! ❤❤❤
Thank you Norm! This is the 1st time in 8 years that I have missed a Shinedown show in the Maryland, Pennsylvania, New Jersey area. Never tire of their music or show. Major illness (Cancer) has not enabled me to go to any shows this year. That being said I go to the next best place to see a show! Here on CZcams. You all who present these videos are awesome in my eyes. I now get to see a great show While going through treatment and recovery! Thank you Norm and all the others who post complete concerts it is a lot of work i'm sure!
They're going to be in Camden New Jersey September 11th
They are going to be at the PNC Arts Center September 10th part of “Ratfest”
I’m wishing you a speedy recovery :)
God Bless you and I will say a prayer for you tonight and I hope that you feel better I had stage 2 lung cancer 10 years ago and I had my left lung removed and I had a full recovery with what your going through and I thank God that I only live 2 miles away from one of the best Hospitals in the world the Boston MA General they saved my life and I am 57 years of age and I had it a little over 10 years and it was cause from Asbestos because I worked in the Shipyard for about 9 years and I worked on boilers on the old Navy ships back in the 1980s until 1992. I know that you can beat the Cancer and I am sure that you will be able to go see Shinedown again in concert.
This is my first time going to a Shinedown show. Ever.
This is the only band out there today that I'd pay for a ticket to see.
Thank you “SHINEDOWN” for listening while you where in Buffalo, NY… fly from the inside!
Second chance is the song that got me hooked to shinedown
45 and Save Me are two other great early songs
This entire album needs a movie.
From the first time I saw them live nearly 20 years ago until today, they put their all into every show. Keep it up
I haven’t seen them since their “Carnival of Madness” tour like 12 years ago. Just got tickets for their Sept 3rd show in KC. Taking my wife and our 3 teenagers for their first rock concert. Couldn’t have picked a better band or time. Shinedown is great for families. So thankful for them.
They always make great music
This was my first ever concert going to and gotta say, it was amazing to see one of my top favorite bands performing in my home town. Keep shining bright!
Brent was phenomenal… but props to Eric and Zach too. They brought some great energy to this one. Can’t wait to see them live in just over a month.
Sad Barry noises 😂😂😂
@@drakyndeon2821 I was just about to comment the same thing lol
Lol! Divatude! Love you guys!
Your music delivered me back into my life (post nasty accident), and never let me down, or cease to inspire me! This audiophile and BIG Shinedown fan knows "thinking man's rock" when she is lucky enough to experience it.
These guys "rock out"..im a bit older but I know when I hear a great band and they are it !!!
Thank You 😇💯❤️👍😎
Thanks for doing the whole concert! I was lost in the moment and got a few songs on video! My 15 yr old son was with me and he enjoyed every moment of the concert! I had seen them a few different times in concert and they blow my mind each time. I had never seen this four in concert before and it was absolutely freaking amazing!
MY HEART IS 4 REAL BRENT SMITH I LOVE YOU SHINEDOWN
Thank you Norm. This is the best CZcams concert I've seen in ages. Great quality!
I was at this show, just a little to the right of where you shot from. took me right back and finding this video today is awesome cuz I am not able to make the show in Camden tonight :(
Camden video online soon if interested Still processing on youtube
MAN I LOVE SHINEDOWN BUT NEVER SEEN THEM LIVE!!! :( . Hand down one of the best band performance LIVE
You have to see them, worth every $.
I was here and it was just as amazing in person!!
Wow, not sure if I'll make a Shinedown concert this year and it would be my first Shinedown experience...this is the next best thing.
This show is amazing!!! Love the stage design!!!!
Thank you Norm. I've seen them five times and this year they aren't coming to my neck of the woods. You helped me see them and sing along with my favorites.
This was my Christmas present from my daughter, had an awesome time!!!!
thanks for sharing, helping me relive this experience!
Norm man thanks for posting this man , really cool of you .
Great job by the crowd to fill in the backing vocals on the chorus of 45… repeating “of a 45” and “another life”. Great crowd altogether. Hoping we can get some of this magic in KC on SATURDAY Sept 3rd.
Hershey friggin killed it. Well done.
Ok. The “you want more” backing by the crowd on Enemies was cool too. Again, well done Hershey. Y’all put on a good show. Props.
I was at the show in KC!!! Great time
Love love this song
Thanks for posting!!!
Thank you! I missed this show 😔
THANK U!!!!! NORM

Thank you for this video 😊❤
I Love this soooo much
Bro I’m literally watching this cus I was there and from the angle it looks like you were behide me or right beside me
I was lucky enough to be able to go to this one. It's so great reliving it, but with a better view! Made me buy Pit tix for the next round of shows because the view is AMAZING here! Thx Norm!
I can't wait to go next Thursday night at the Xfinity center in Mansfield Massachusetts on September 8th and this will be my 3rd time seeing them live and the last time I seen Shinedown was when they played with Stained at the Hampton Beach Casino ballroom and it only holds 300 people and I even met with both bands and I am 57 years of age and my first concert I ever seen was back in 1979 and that band was the JGEILS band at the old Boston Garden and the Ramones were the back up band and next Thursday on the 8th of September this will be my 227th concert that I have gone to I seen so many bands I wouldn't be able to tell you all of them and I almost went to see Led Zeppelin back in 1980 in Buffalo NY but that's when the best Drummer of all time John Bonham died from drinking over 40 shots of Vodka but I did get to see Robert Plant and Jimmy Page at the old Boston Garden and then they played again the next year and I was at that one when the new Boston Garden opened up back in 1995 and it was almost seeing Led Zeppelin twice because it was unbelievable and I seen Rush 6 times in concert but Shinedown is a unbelievable show and especially when they do 1 of my favorite songs from one of the best bands ever Lynord Skinord Simple kind of man they do it the best cover of that song out of any band I ever seen. Then in October 18th at the same place as Shinedown I am going with my oldest daughter to go see Alice and Chains with the new singer and they still sound great with him it won't be like having Lyance singing like in the early and middle 90s and I seen them back then 3 times and the last time I seen Alice and Chains was when they did the unplugged album in NY and I was there 2 rows from the stage and that's probably the best concert I ever been to.
just saw them live in Albuquerque last week they are so great live!!!!
OMG I HAVE SO MUCH RESPECT FOR EACH AND EVERYONE OF YOU! Love you Brent! So glad...YOU ARE THE SHIZNIT!! LOL!
I love them. Nice to know I'm not the only one with a huge heart and a really fkd up head.
NORM! You made my weekend with this video!! Thank you for capturing their essence so well!! Awesome view & Sound!! LOVE SHINEDOWN!!!
I love them but bummer they didn’t sing “If you only knew”, my favorite song by them!!
@Brent....that is almost the shape of the state of Penn switched vertically on the left leg of your pants????? HA. Love love love the show gents...Shinedown in my heart always. DW.
never enough, going for the 2nd show this tour on the 6th!
This tour was so legendary! Saw them at SPAC in NY, best freakin concert ever!!
Hahaha you got me in this video!! lol I'm directly in front of the bald security guard! What a show!!

This is my first time seeing and hearing ur concert so far what a blessing to watch with not being able to sleep due to major Charlie horse in my body
This show was 🔥! We were on the opposite side! Thanks for sharing! 💜😈
Like it love shinedown best band every lol
I like Shinedown and some of their songs but maybe my favorite is the cover of Simple Man. One of the best songs ever written. 💕
❤️🔥
Out fucking standing
As much as I love watching the tours and uploads on CZcams, PLEASE PLEASE when is it Australia's turn????
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Great audio and visual! What did you use to record?
Just iPhone 12
Brent Smith is Chris Cornell reborn.
Love Shinedown, the passion, their music, but even listening using my best quality headphones, the sound quality is crap!
Edited! Initial comment was about the first track, the latter tracks are better but not great!
Get's better and better with sound quality!
Disappointed they ended with Sound of Madness. Not a bad song at all… but they could do better. Ending the last tour with “Brilliant” was uplifting and awesome. SoM is a good tune… just not one I’d want them to end with. IMO of course. Overall a great show. Still can’t wait to see them in September.

I really like this band. I saw them live a few times and they put on a good show. However, that opening video and the group pose were cringe.
What’s with the awful shrieking… they aren’t One Direction 😂

Brents voice isn't what it used to be. He'll always be a good vocalist, but his power, range, and control is a ghost if what it once was. In the early 2000s he played an acoustic set in a friend's living room. Until this day I haven't heard a more powerful raw vocal "without a microphone" and I'm a musician myself and have heard countless singers. His power matched with effortless vocal control while in key with phenomenal pitch. I remember it vividly. While singing 45 I literally felt his voice while standing a few feet from him. He recorded songs on their first album in one take. His voice was otherworldly. So it's almost saddening to see him in this form. Singing 45 in this set for example. He takes many liberties and sings parts in different keys. And even completely forfeits singing certain parts and disguises it as crowd interaction by letting them sing. I understand that you can't be at your best every show. Some nights your voice just isn't where you want it to be, or you're run down from tour. But unfortunately, I'm not only going off of this one particular show. I'm speaking collectively over the past few years. Again, he's still a great vocalist but he seems to have lost that same magic he used to posses.
If you've made it this far, I appreciate you reading my thoughts. If you're interested in that living room performance I previously mentioned. I believe there are still videos on CZcams from the night. Just search 93x Memphis Shinedown living room acoustic and you should be able to find some clips. 93x is a Memphis station who held a contest around Christmas a couple years called Logo in Lights. The biggest Christmas light 93x logo won the performance. Being a musician I knew a lot of people and was there for the Shinedown set and also 10 Years in a living room the neck year. Cool memories.

There a link to 45. You can search and find Simple Man and other songs from the night of you're interested.
This is one of the worst takes on the internet
@@ZachMyersOfficial If you're going to make such a bold statement. Back it up with an explanation. Do you mean to tell me that you believe Brent doesn't sound any different? I respectfully disagree. He's obviously more experienced. This is only expected with years upon years of using your instrument. He's fine tuned certain aspects and perfected certain tricks if the trade. Although, the degradation of his voice is what's coincidentally forced his hand in learning certain vocal techniques. Smoke and mirror techniques. His voice just isn't what it once was. That's a fact. As I previously said, he's still a great singer. He's just not what he once was in certain aspects of his voice. Although he's improved in other areas. Particularly nuance areas and techniques.
@@ZachMyersOfficial I'd bet he's had vocal issues over the years. Problems with his chords. This is likely why his voice has degraded. Potentially age as well or if he has any vices or bad habits that can have an impact on vocal ability. I'm not trashing Brent. I have a lot of respect for him. Me stating the obvious change in his voice doesn't mean I'm throwing stones.
@@ZachMyersOfficial Crickets, as expected. The reason my take upset you is because you know there's truth to it. I understand you weren't in the band for the first couple records. The band probably existed for 7-8 years before you joined, before The Sound of Madness. But you've still heard old recordings and maybe even live performances before you joined. You know his voice and know Brents voice just isn't the same today. You know that whether you'll admit it or not. That doesn't mean I'm saying he sounds horrible now. He just lost some of the horsepower and agility he once possessed. You won't reply because there's really no disputing what I've said with facts. You can just say you don't like my take. But that's akin to saying you don't like the sun in the sky. You don't have to like it, but it's a fact you have to live with. And I respect you for standing by your boy. I'm sure it's a bummer for both him and you to understand why he used to sound like and that he can't get there anymore. Vocal issues are so unfortunate and father time is undefeated. Some things are out of out control. It would be like you getting arthritis and your fingers just stop doing what they once could and affect your playing. Just know I honestly wasn't trashing Brent by talking about the changes. ✌️
