A few suggestions: 1.These audio effects(bell, typewriter,etc) you're using are not fitting with the video audio. They are too loud and do not go with the general vibe of the video. Also your background music is not good. If I were you I would drop the bg music and increase gain on your mic's output. If possible invest in good jazz music to put your videos but its not necessary. See how most top youtubers dont have bg music and how they manage the audios of their videos. Implement that. 2. Improve your mic. Productivity channels need to have crisp audios to feel like a guided meditation. Its a hack and most the top productivity youtubers are taking advantage of this. Implement this ASAP. 3. Your Editing is not good. The video must have one constant flow. Each frame must give into the next. Your editing needs to have one accent colour whose shades you may play around with in your videos. For eg your background is white and the pictures you are using have black background. So everytime the frame changes from you to the pictures it distrupts the flow and is not good to hold the viewer's attention. I'm a budding film maker. I thought these tips can help you since its evident that your material is good but you need to work on these aspects to improve.
