  • How often should you do Pilates to beat your back pain? That's what I outline in this video!
    𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗢𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝗧𝗼 𝗗𝗼 𝗣𝗶𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗧𝗼 𝗕𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗣𝗮𝗶𝗻?
    I am asked this often..
    And it is simple to answer.
    2-4 sessions per week, ideally at least 4 - but not necessarily 4 x 1 hour long sessions. Well, unless you want to, and it would likely yield fast and significant results, but probably unnecessary.
    Aiming for 1 or 2 longer 45-60 min sessions, combined with several shorter 15-30 minute sessions, or ideally a daily short routine working on your weaknesses, is a formula that has paid huge dividends for me and my members.
    I got life changing results from 1 hour long session per week, and a 15-20 min Pilates based warm-up/mobility routine 4 times per week.
    Plus you begin to integrate things you learn from Pilates in to every day life which has huge benefits. Such as utilising your core, posture, and breathing to name a few.
    Exercises should be progressive and we should not get complacent keeping it the same. If it does not challenge you, it will not change you.
