During the kingdom reality competition show before this album they were criticized for making "noise music" so this was their clap back after winning that show. Been really enjoying the reactions as a fairly new stay myself it has been great to find someone who is also just scratching the surface of this incredible group

"You know when you love something and get so inspired by it you want to do something about it, but you can't". YES. I DO. My Stray Kids journey is not much longer than yours. I found them A MONTH AGO, but have done a deep dive into SKz, k-pop, and the fandom (SKz are my first k-pop experience). I can now identify all their voices just listening to songs (not just Felix, heh), I know and love all eight group members (I have multiple biases, but ALL of them are bias wreckers), and I think I've watched every single reaction on the internet, lmao. I love watching other people discover them like I did. As for the inspiration -- I'm an author. I'm doing NaNoWriMo right now, and my WIP might never see the light of day beyond my computer screen, but it's a K-Pop-meets-urban-fantasy-meets-Harper-Hall-trilogy storyline (I'm sure NO ONE will know what that means, and that's okay.) It is 100% not a marketable idea. It's a weird mash-up my brain came up with to deal with the insane level of creative inspiration Stray Kids have impacted me with. I'm going to leave you a list of stuff that makes up Skz story line. I'm going to include some songs I think are part of the story, but not quite. I'll put them in brackets. And yes. The trailers & teasers I list are needed for the story. Hellevator isn't needed, but it is very important for people to watch. Helevator was made before they even debut as part of the Survival Show that they went through to prove they could debut as one group. Cle: Levanter Trailer Levanter Go Live Trailer Stray Kids Prequel: Highlight Reel Gods Menu In Life Trailer Back Door I think that's the end of the official story line. Stray Kids consider Gods Menu as their new beginning, and the story shows it. After that, they take many different routs in their story & music. The hardest for me to tell apart were Lee Know and Jeongin (I.N) . But I started to tell them apart by looking at their eyes, lol. And to be honest, now I can't see how I couldn't tell them apart.

Love your reaction to this amazing video! Not sure if it’s been mentioned but “Thunderous” uses some traditional Korean percussion and the MV incorporates historic Korean settings. Stray Kids was reacting to criticism (mostly homegrown) that their music was “noisy” and full of abrasive sounds. The use of traditional Korean instrumentation and cultural landmarks is a brilliant response! ⚡️⚡️⚡️

I suck at explaining things and right now I feel like my English is lacking, but I'll try. I don't remember nor I know if someone else said this but: Thunderous is from the album NOEASY. There is an album trilogy with which they wordplayed (if it makes sense). So we have: 1. NOEASY 2. ODDINARY 3. MAXIDENT NOEASY- On the album cover "E" and "A" are somehow hidden and an "I" it could be more seen. So we have "NOEASY" and "NOISY". Plus "Noeasy" pronounced fast it's heard like "noisy". And if I got it right, the main theme is like a diss for haters, as Thunderous is. They were criticised by being said their music are just some loud noises or whatever. But there are also songs with deep messages in the songs and I think I will write them into another comment. ORDINARY- Odd+Ordinary. Maniac and Venom are from this album. And I could say the main themes are the judgment from the society by being different is a bad thing and toxicity. MAXIDENT- Maximum+Accident. Well, I guess I can say the main theme is love. Case 143 is from it. Now, I might be wrong with some things and I didn't tell all of the meaning. This is what I've understood and people can tell other opinions or correct my mistakes. Also, this is not the only album trilogy. Their discography is pretty big. They started with a pre-debut single. Hellevator- single(pre-debut) I am trilogy: I am NOT (they realised those are not their true selves) I am WHO (they began to find their true selves) I am YOU (actually I don't know exactly what to say at this one- I guess they- My head hurts...After an 1 hour break from writing this I ready. IN LIFE (In this is Back door) ALL IN- Japanese album Going Dumb-single in collaboration with Alesso and CORSAK Mixtape: OH-single Wordplay triology: NOEASY ODDINARY MAXIDENT SKZ2021- It came out between NOEASY (2021) and ODDINARY (2022) and there are also some their old songs, but ot8 versions, not ot9. Scars- I think it's a single Christmas EveL- contains Christmas EveL, 24 to 25, Winter Falls and Domino English ver. They also express how special they are and one of the reasons is because they're different and they're okay with it, they're not afraid to show they're different, even though from other people perspective they're odd. And I would actually love to see you drawing frames from Thunderous 👀 Regarding the members, it's totally normal that you can't recognize all of them just yet! You're already doing pretty good though 😁 For recognizing them better and getting to know more of their personality, you could watch some of their non-music stuff or funny compilations. I think reacting to their song FAM would be a good idea too. The MV is a cut from one of their concert performances and they introduce each other in age order in the song. And each member's screen time expresses a fear.

Maybe when you react to songs, instead of watching without subtitles first and then with, you could just find a lyric video to do first so that you could focus on the lyrics and song sound, and then watch the mv to just take in the visuals as well. @@MrAntoine1st Yeah, he's taking advantage of this solo era to attempt to become a Western style pop star. The songs on the album reflect that. If you like top 40s pop, then it's a great album. If you want BTS style music, it may not work for you. No worries either way. We like what we like. I don't hate Stray Kids but their music just doesn't grab me.

The trailers & teasers I list are needed for the story. Hellevator isn't needed, but it is very important for people to watch. Helevator was made before they even debut as part of the Survival Show that they went through to prove they could debut as one group. And parts of it are seen through out the story line.(I can't remember if people have told you, but SKZ were a 9 member group at the beginning. At just under 2 years into their journey one of them, Woojin, left. You will see Woojin in older videos. He was present till Double Knot. Love your reaction to this amazing video! Not sure if it’s been mentioned but “Thunderous” uses some traditional Korean percussion and the MV incorporates historic Korean settings. Stray Kids was reacting to criticism (mostly homegrown) that their music was “noisy” and full of abrasive sounds. The use of traditional Korean instrumentation and cultural landmarks is a brilliant response! ⚡️⚡️⚡️

I suck at explaining things and right now I feel like my English is lacking, but I'll try. I don't remember nor I know if someone else said this but: Thunderous is from the album NOEASY. There is an album trilogy with which they wordplayed (if it makes sense). So we have:
1. NOEASY
2. ODDINARY
3. MAXIDENT
NOEASY- On the album cover "E" and "A" are somehow hidden and an "I" it could be more seen. So we have "NOEASY" and "NOISY". Plus "Noeasy" pronounced fast it's heard like "noisy". And if I got it right, the main theme is like a diss for haters, as Thunderous is. They were criticised by being said their music are just some loud noises or whatever. But there are also songs with deep messages in the songs and I think I will write them into another comment.
ORDINARY- Odd+Ordinary. Maniac and Venom are from this album. And I could say the main themes are the judgment from the society by being different is a bad thing and toxicity.
MAXIDENT- Maximum+Accident. Well, I guess I can say the main theme is love. Case 143 is from it.
Now, I might be wrong with some things and I didn't tell all of the meaning. This is what I've understood and people can tell other opinions or correct my mistakes.
Also, this is not the only album trilogy. Their discography is pretty big.

They also express how special they are and one of the reasons is because they're different and they're okay with it, they're not afraid to show they're different, even though from other people perspective they're odd.
And ROCK-STAR...Damn...This comeback hit me so bad and so much and it didn't even arrived...I feel like it's gonna be really huge. It has a lot to do with the lore. It's so much and I feel like my brain is damaged... You can watch the Prologue and the unveil tracks that came out. They feel like movies. And there are a lot of theories.

Regarding the members, it's totally normal that you can't recognize all of them just yet! You're already doing pretty good though 😁
For recognizing them better and getting to know more of their personality, you could watch some of their non-music stuff or funny compilations. I think reacting to their song FAM would be a good idea too. The MV is a cut from one of their concert performances and they introduce each other in age order in the song.
What maybe would be cool too, would be the Making Videos for the MVs if you're interested in the behind the scenes (+ it's funny as well & you get to know them better).

Maybe when you react to songs, instead of watching without subtitles first and then with, you could just find a lyric video to do first so that you could focus on the lyrics and song sound, and then watch the mv to just take in the visuals as well. If you want BTS style music, it may not work for you. No worries either way. We like what we like. I don't hate Stray Kids but their music just doesn't grab me.
