Donde nos despertamos hoy?, There is no Ottoman influence. The great mosque called the Carol Mosque was built by King Carol I of Romania in 1910 for the Turkish-Tatar Muslim community in Constanta.

@@Dondenosdespertamoshoy constanta was under the ottomans for 458 years. Spain was under the Arabs for almost 800 years ( 711-1492) ; I don't think they have mosques everywhere.

12 km south a lot of popular resorts not so posh like Mamaia but also beaches for around 40 km to Bulgarian frontier.
Eforie , Costinești,Venus,Jupiter and hippies village (more or less) Vama Veche .

thanks for this, it really helped me enjoy my holiday to Constanta last week,. piata ovidiu/Neversea beach/the marina restaurants were all great, and I probably wouldn't have known about the view from the tall mosque without this video. Hopefully go to neversea festival sometime.

So Constanta and the whole region is filled with ancient Roman and Greek sites and relics. As well as being port towns, they have stuff from all over the ancient world. In the Archeology Museum, there is a famous bust of Isis for example. Anyway love you channel! Glad you're having fun in our lovely port city!
Ella, if you've discovered 40 things to do in Constanta, I wonder how many you'll be able to find after visiting Transylvania. I hope you'll find time to go there but plan for a month, not less!!

@@boicerdiegio1709 Bulgaria/Tracia chiar are stațiuni bune, cunoscute, preturi mici, all inclusive, clima subtropicala, UE Schengen tot ce vrei si plaje mai valabile decât în Croatia! Du-te in Sicilia, sunt cu 50 de ani în urma noastra... Sau daca preferi Portugalia la Atlantic, nu stiti sa innotati in Marea Neagra darămite in ocean... 🌊🌞
Have you been on a trip down the Black Sea seaside all the way to Vama Veche, visiting all the resorts along the way? Like Eforie, Costinesti? Not much to be seen though now in autumn but it's still interesting. I was going to make this trip today but seems like I'm (or should i say we) lazy.
