7-Up Pound Cake | Southern Dessert | Homemade

Ingredients:
- 3 c. Sugar
- 3 c. Flour
- 3 sticks margarine or butter
- 5 large eggs
- 3/4 c. 7-up or Sprite
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp lemon extract
Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Cream margarine and sugar together until smooth. Add five eggs. Add flour, one cup at a time alternating with a bit of soda. Beat with mixer until smooth. Add vanilla and lemon.
Pour into prepared Bundt pan that has been sprayed with flour baking spray.
Bake for 75 minutes or until knife comes out clean. invert pan to release into serving plate. Allow to cool for two hours before serving.
