It’s not reverb, and you may be a musician, but do you write music? This is solid songwriting, it creates space, truth is there’s actually not much going on at all. I mean, one guy plays one note on guitar for the entire chorus. There’s nothing especially challenging going on here in the slightest. There’s a lot of common musical themes going on here, just smart people making good music. It’s not fucking reverb!
I'm 56 years old and I almost lost faith in some of these newer bands. Bands like Paramore are restoring my faith. That lady can flat out SING and that bass player is SICK!!
