- We could not believe how this day turned out! This was by far the best day of fishing we’ve had in Washington State! There were tons of Shad to catch at the Columbia River and above all, we could catch as many of these fish as we could… responsibly that is. We also explored the Bonneville Dam which was awesome work of engineering!

Shad is great......great for crab bait :) As you know its very bony, but canned or smoked and canned ive heard its not bad because the bones will soften up. Love your vids, take it easy.
