I've been to Medjugorje several times, but have never seen something I can definitely define as "miraculous" although many others experience things I can't explain. Irrespective of my healthy skepticism, I believe them. Discernment involves more than physical scientific proof (although that's available too).

And including the imminent death of Jacinta and Francisco? How about reports of the soaked mud trampled by thousands instantly drying? Was this not "seen" by some? Perhaps a few were determined to discredit these events irrespective of the truth. Some people are like that.

But even assume it was only 1/2 or 1/10 of that. That's a lot of people. Most walked a long way from distant areas. Some came on carts / horse drawn carriages. Autos were rare. They didn't register, or buy tickets to this event. How many reporters would it take to track down / interview witnesses? And how long would that take? How reliable would stories be that are old? I believe it's more likely you've been swayed by someone with an agenda to discredit Fatima.
