The Kings MT1 Trailer is becoming a regular feature on the tracks and trails throughout Australia. With the basic platform offering great flexibility for customisation it was no surprise to us that this customer chose our 270 XT Max Awning as the ideal shade solution. The install was fairly easy, and we utilised the trailers existing awning arms as well as the supplied awning brackets to provide enough strength for the awning.

You guys did a great job with our trailer. From start to finish I can’t fault your service and support and willingness to help with install. Thanks again.
Our pleasure Chris, happy travels.
Hey Chris, Awesome setup mate, I'm looking at the exact same awning/tent/trailer combo after much research and I'm wondering how you're finding it? (Obviously the awning is epic!!) I plan to sleep 4 of us in the tent (my wife and I with two little ones) and I think it should be fine but I'd love to hear from someone who has already done it!
Nice job, looks good, great awning
I am just about to fit the 270 XT awning to my Kings MT1. Can you please tell me how you went about fitting the awning brackets to the rack on the MT1? Did you have to make any adjustments to the rack on the MT1 (movements to fit it)? When I look at the already fitted brackets of the MT1 it looks like they are very close to where the Bush Co brackets will go. Thank you.
We did not have to modify the cross bars on the trailer. All we did was mount our heavy-duty L brackets with the long side pointing upwards to get the height required.
@@TheBushCompany Thank you! I went and bought the 270 XT. Will hopefully mount it with minimal issues!!
