The "Nichols Award" described at 10:20 is actually an award that one of my great great (etc.) relatives came up with. He was the creator of a huge pharmacy/medicine brand a while back, and he used the money he gained from it to invest, he decided before he died that all the extra cash made off of this giant pile of money would be used for the Nichols award. The award still exists to this day and all I know about it is that it's given in the form of scholarships to promising students within the chemistry field. I did an entire 10 page research project on him. Kinda sucks the award had to go to this guy at one point though. Regardless, crazy coincidence, one of the few times I've ever heard it mentioned.
