- I put together some clips from over the year of riding Motorized bikes on road and off road trails I build these Motorized mountain bikes over the year the two motors in this video are the 80cc Motorized bike kit and the yd 100 Motorized bike kit, these scooters are a blast.I also have a electric bike kit mounted on a bicycle but waiting for the battery video come.
Make a small water injection system to feed atomized water to the engine intake. It will act as a chemical cooler by extracting the heat from the engine in order to vaporize the water and you will also get around 10% more torque and the guaranty you won t burn out the engine again. The fuel economy will become much better because you can lean the fuel mixture without getting a hot engine and without backfiring. if you use instead of water winter windscreen washer fluid (which is 50% methanol) you basically have methanol injection system. Have fun with it.
I appreciate the info but I don’t think I’m going to get into that never burned up a engine just Dam cir clips break or come out on me all time but have better ones coming, do u know of a good video I can look at on what you saying thanks.

@@ebike5548 I have just discovered some interesting 4-stroke engines. One is Zongshen NH130 (90 usd in a local store) and is 130cc and 10 Kg heavy. Another one is AEROBS 154F at 87cc. Another one is LIFAN 152F at 79cc or 93cc or 97cc or 105cc (150$ on Amazon). After you remove the speed governor, change the carb + the exhaust and polish the ports those 2.5-3 HP will become much more than that. I will post some videos soon.
These engines can be found in your local stores cheaply in water pumps ! So instead of searching them on Amazon or Ebay you better search locally for water pumps and recognize the engine from the photos and specs.

btw, you can custom that head cylinder, by adding material to that fin by welding it to close between the gap by 3cm, and also drill a hole to make the way for water inlet to cool that cylinder head better, and also by making the fin long from the stock for more cooling, sorry my english sentence is bad eheheh :3
It’s so great seeing other Irish people using these engine bikes I’m sick of seeing all these suped up American ones mines just blown up so if you could let me know where you bought yours that would be really helpful
Question, doesn't the engine kinda cool itself if you're riding fast, i mean the engine would have to constantly have to heat up the upcoming air around it, so unless your sitting idle, i don't get why you would need a fan to cool it.
Though bear in mind, i don't know much about engines and stuff so i may be wrong.
For the break in period it’s handy when u have to go slow for the first few tanks of fuel and it’s a hot day with no wind u should not run it for long at a time especially when breaking in a new engine and the fan will cool it down in 5 minutes where without it will take half hour to cool off.
what average mileage does such an engine do before it crashes?
Ive had my mine for over a year only gave out because I didn't tighten the air filter and rocks when inside the engine. Easily 1000+ miles
You seemed to be changing motor. How long does it lasts?
That cooling mod in cool, but my engine cools down very fast within 5 minutes.
Just a simple fan I like to lest the engine cool down every 30-40 minutes during the summer it would take half hour to cool down if no wind the fan will cool it down in 5 minutes.
Over heating in UK? Imagine riding in Sunny hot California

Well they didn’t get burned up the first one broken ring and the second was a cir clip came out I never burned up a engine I always run max 1 hour at a time them let it cool down
Yea they seem a bit fragile, mine has held up for a few nice hours of riding though

A stock tank will get u 100km and it’s just over 1.7L tank I measured it.

80cc easy get parts and cheaper there is no different in speed bit more power for going up hill

Bt100 is a better engine kit in the vs yd100 is not better crappy casting and poor performance yd100. if you want a form its and quality the bt100 engine kit is for you
