Btw you don't need to feel any types of symptoms when you're about to shift. Also when listening to subliminals it is best that you can't hear anything bc it goes straight to your subconscious. Another thing is remember that no matter how discouraged you get shifting is real whether you want it to be. When trying to shift, when you hear yourself saying that it isn't real or that you're still in your bed just acknowledge the thought and let it go. So i have been constantly thinking about saving someone, who i can but not in this reality, Your comment attracted me cause yesterday night around 2-3 when i had already thought about it over and over, i couldn't hear the music anymore(i kept it right by my ear) the music was also something associated with the person i am trying to go to, i found myself in complete darkness(my eyes were wide open, with tears running down constantly while remembering them) But then i just snaped at the thought that "i was listening the song" "why can't I hear it?" it’s been 4 months since I started shifting and I got really close😩👍🏼 (tips: put subs on WHILE shifting & all you need to do to shift is just stay still for 15 to 20 min. This will trick your body into thinking ur asleep but ur subconscious is still awake aka shutting the left side of ur brain, ur right side of the brain will believe ur affirmations more and will more likely to shift:) ps. I think it’s the left side, just the side which tells u how to did math or whateva😋👍🏼

Quick tip if your having a hard time hydrating/shifting. (Which being hydrated is very helpful if you are trying to shift) I suggest adding lemon juice to your water. That's right pure lemon juice but add as much as you like you don't need to over power it!! Since Lemon juice has extra electrolytes, it will help you stay hydrated longer. Not only that it also has helpful vitamins, and is know for many other factors that will help you body!!! I've been trying for a few days now and I found out that, for me, listening to subliminals while trying to shift really helps. When I listen to subliminals is when I startfeeling the symptoms. Also, listening to subliminals during the day is supposed to help, but I don't do it because it makes me sleepy XD. Also, for anyone that is stuck and can't shift. Try your own method. Combine what you liked of each method you tried and create your own. Everyone is different, and you know what works for you, so the best method is your own. Of course, you need to try othersto be able to come up with your own. Good luck to anyone thatis rying to shift. Patience and confidence are the key :D

Yeah, you can feel pain. But if you die you just wake up in your Cr and don’t usually feel much pain. But yes, good points and beginners should always do this.

My tip would be to try shifting when you are planning on sleeping! So here’s my routine that I like to do (not needed though) Shower, skincare, hair care etc. Hydrate (drinking water helps with shifting) Set the mood for my room (salt lamp, lights etc.) Watch edits related to where I am shifting (hp) Meditate with subliminals Shifting nights I try to go to sleep around 10pm to 11pm and I like to put my head phones on and listen to guided methods while I fall asleep:) Hope this helped a bit!

Tip:Don’t focus on the method or stress it. It doesn’t help whatsoever. Just relax and try to shift because you will shift but if you’re so focused on the method that connects you to much to your CR which is the opposite of what you want.
It’s very possible to shift on the first time, what holds most people back is that they don’t think they can shift on the first try and so that becomes a reality

okey, you didn’t shift because as you said you didn’t expect to shift at your first try, you’re making your mind believe it takes a lot of time and preparation when sometimes it even happens by accident, you’re telling yourself “you can do it you will shift” when actually by saying that you’re saying “don’t fail don’t fail don’t fail”, you need to know it’s something that doesn’t need methods, preparation, etc. you can do it whenever you want in the minimum time possible
I’ve suddenly started seeing a lot of things about shifting in my fyp again so I decided to look further into it and possibly give it a try. I really want to shift to my dr. I’m someone who experiences dissociation and derealisation very often and it makes me feel really overwhelmed so I would really love to see my comfort characters but I’ll be honest I’m quite scared to do it mostly because I don’t know what works for me and because shifting is such a personal thing and everyone has different methods I don’t know where to start. I also have ADHD so I’m bad at staying still and im not the most patient person. im also worried I won’t be able to do any of the meditation techniques or listen to any subliminales without falling asleep😭 So if anyone has any advice I could really use the reassurance❤️
youre just like me fr 😂 dont worry you got this!! There's different ways to induce shifting like lucid dreaming, visualization, meditation, etc... If you have issues with disbelief then try training your mindset with exercises (there's a youtuber who has a video on this, lemme know if you want the link)
Mine is "help" lmao. I scripted that when I say that either out loud or in my head a tab will appear beside me, and I will think or say what I want and it will appear or happen. If I have the desire and I really want to go back I could, but if I open by accident nothing happens because I need the desire
you didn't do anything wrong! it takes a lot of people more time, and it's different for everyone. I'm sure if you want to shift and you keep trying for a while you'll be able to! I've been trying for about 2 months now, but I can feel myself improving! honestly i think the only thing you might want to think about is that the methods are only there to guide you and work for some people, they are not the be all and end all and you don't have to stick to them like instructions. feel free to experiment and mix a few methods into one, or you don't even need a method! also don't put too much pressure on yourself, and remember it takes time and everyone is different :)
i don't know if this helps but you should shift when you are tired cause there is a better chance you will shift when your tired and you should use the raven method
you can script to feel something when your about to shift, for example “when i shift i will feel tapping on my forehead” or “when i shift i will smell chocolate”
BTW If u don´t feel any symptoms you can script that when yoou are about to shift you hear some song playing or script that you smell flowers or something. And I would also recommend scripting that as soon as you are in your dr you open your eyes. This makes it so much easier to know iif you are shifting or not
yeah, in my script, i scripted that I feel a characters hand rubbing my cheek, i immediately open my eyes when I’ve shifted, and I smell lemon which is one of the characters from my dr’s scent :) ik no one asked but I JIST wanted to share it lmao

•you have to have a positive mindset when shifting. if you say you’re not gonna be able to shift then you’re not gonna be able to shift, however, i heard losing motivation is a symptom. you also have to be sure you want to shift (if you feel unsure, i would try listing five reasons why i want to shift)

My tip would be to try shifting when you are planning on sleeping! So here’s my routine that I like to do (not needed though)
Shower, skincare, hair care etc.
Hydrate (drinking water helps with shifting)
Set the mood for my room (salt lamp, lights etc.)
Watch edits related to where I am shifting (hp)
Meditate with subliminals
Shifting nights I try to go to sleep around 10pm to 11pm and I like to put my head phones on and listen to guided methods while I fall asleep:)

Tip:Don’t focus on the method or stress it. It doesn’t help whatsoever. Just relax and try to shift because you will shift but if you’re so focused on the method that connects you to much to your CR which is the opposite of what you want.
It’s very possible to shift on the first time, what holds most people back is that they don’t think they can shift on the first try and so that becomes a reality

bro my first time was last night, I didn’t fully shift but my body went numb, my eye lids wouldn’t stop twitching and my heart beat was so strong it was crazy. I also feel really itchy and u have to ignore the itches and then they’ll turn into throbs like a deep throb, like it’s so cool. I feel like if I had laid there a little longer I would’ve shifted! Trying again tonight
You should try to Staircase method! At the beginning it doesn’t matter if you change your position or move :)!

okey, you didn’t shift because as you said you didn’t expect to shift at your first try, you’re making your mind believe it takes a lot of time and preparation when sometimes it even happens by accident, you’re telling yourself “you can do it you will shift” when actually by saying that you’re saying “don’t fail don’t fail don’t fail”, you need to know it’s something that doesn’t need methods, preparation, etc. you can do it whenever you want in the minimum time possible
you don't need to listen to subliminals while/or before shifting its optional you can listen to whatever
well you don't NEED to but it really helps
You could try listening to some if the music or songs from that specific show or place you wanna go and see if that helps!

I’ve suddenly started seeing a lot of things about shifting in my fyp again so I decided to look further into it and possibly give it a try. I really want to shift to my dr. I’m someone who experiences dissociation and derealisation very often and it makes me feel really overwhelmed so I would really love to see my comfort characters but I’ll be honest I’m quite scared to do it mostly because I don’t know what works for me and because shifting is such a personal thing and everyone has different methods I don’t know where to start. I also have ADHD so I’m bad at staying still and im not the most patient person. im also worried I won’t be able to do any of the meditation techniques or listen to any subliminales without falling asleep😭
So if anyone has any advice I could really use the reassurance❤️
youre just like me fr 😂 dont worry you got this!! There's different ways to induce shifting like lucid dreaming, visualization, meditation, etc...
If you have issues with disbelief then try training your mindset with exercises (there's a youtuber who has a video on this, lemme know if you want the link)

you didn't do anything wrong! it takes a lot of people more time, and it's different for everyone. I'm sure if you want to shift and you keep trying for a while you'll be able to! I've been trying for about 2 months now, but I can feel myself improving!
honestly i think the only thing you might want to think about is that the methods are only there to guide you and work for some people, they are not the be all and end all and you don't have to stick to them like instructions. feel free to experiment and mix a few methods into one, or you don't even need a method!
also don't put too much pressure on yourself, and remember it takes time and everyone is different :)

you can script to feel something when your about to shift, for example “when i shift i will feel tapping on my forehead” or “when i shift i will smell chocolate”
BTW If u don´t feel any symptoms you can script that when yoou are about to shift you hear some song playing or script that you smell flowers or something. And I would also recommend scripting that as soon as you are in your dr you open your eyes. This makes it so much easier to know iif you are shifting or not
yeah, in my script, i scripted that I feel a characters hand rubbing my cheek, i immediately open my eyes when I’ve shifted, and I smell lemon which is one of the characters from my dr’s scent :) ik no one asked but I JIST wanted to share it lmao

I know im a year late dont judge me!😭 The music was to calm yourself into focousing on shifting and calming you if you mad or upset it won't work! This is important! You can't be distracted and you have to image yourself in your DR the more you try the closer you get to shifting I've only tryed 3 times so far but I think this would be helpful if you try again ^-^ if you have any questions just ask!
