I love how positive you guys are. I've just grabbed a board from a friend of mine during lockdown and am kinda nervous about going to a park. I'm 32 and am definitely going to look like a mid life crisis on wheels. Skating is so, so fun though.
Don’t worry about it. I’m 30 and all the kids say that I look like I know what I’m doing, they are chill and people are nice just be yourself and don’t be a show off. I always try to help others with their tricks if they seem receptive to advice. I appreciate the same. I now almost have inward heelflips landed and am getting more comfortable kick flipping and heel flipping
Honestly I feel like George's videos are the first thing I saw that truly allowed me to just get out there and start skating because he makes skating feel so much more like an adventure rather than something to work on as a chore. I've been skating for like 5 months now and finally mastered a clean rolling ollie! So now it's on to these flat ground basics! Thanks for helping me awaken a brand new passion George 😁 you're the realest man!! Much love 🤘
Skrrrt the boneless went well, not up anything yet but I can do it. The curbs at my house/neighbourhood are not smooth so I can’t practice that. For the tail drop my tail keeps catching on the ledge I’m jumping off so I’ll need to work on those. Just like at the curb the floor is too rough to power slide so I have to practice those at the park. Oopsies there’s not one here. The no comply 180s are to hard for me, I can’t get the board to 180 and if I do it pings up and hits my shin. I bet you expected a “good thanks” but no I have to give an essay 😂

I'm 37 years old and just started getting back into skateboarding since my 7 year old daughter has fallen in love with it. I'm gonna learn some of these tricks that I should have learned years ago! Great stuff guys keep the videos coming!

Frontside 180s are easier than the last one you mentioned, although it’s hepful, fs 180s will lead into other things, in fact i learned my first fs 180 in 10-15 minutes of just doing it over and over again
