You are not alone… I was in the midst of suicidal thoughts, and a meltdown while talking to my husband about my struggles with parenting a 3 year old and a 5 year old and how I feel out of control and unbalanced.
I thought about that and I cried when she said sorry. Then I realized that I have been waiting for my daughter to say sorry for hurting mommy’s feelings repeatedly and promising not to do it and and break a sacred pinky promise… 😒 but she really isn’t going to really apologized with that narrow mind of hers because she’s only 3… So I have decided that I will accept this apology because it’s just what my mind, body and soul needed to hear today.
My piece of advice is to take it easy and slow down so that you can notice when you need to Reset, Refresh, and Realign yourself. This is what I have done so that I can start filling up my cup. (Keyword: START)

Wow! You described the last 6 weeks of my life to a "T"!!!! I will be moving on, but am waiting for this company to open a new sector that is already in motion. Three months ago, this situation was (what I thought) wonderful, then one person with their ugly mouth started telling small lies about me.
