Yoga, meditation and sound healing, learning astrology has helped me immensely with my Saturn -Moon conjunction.
I too have Sat-Moon conjunction in Aquarius in 5th House.
I too spontaneously gravitate towards a strong yearning for the spiritual sciences. Maybe in the coming years, I can somehow come out of this airlessness that I've been in for so long & start striving for what the soul actually yearns for.

Saturn Moon conjunction means you were most likely born with parents who were narcissists, have their own trauma, addictions or pain.
It is not a curse and actually means you are the one to break the family cycle of any toxicity or culture that no longer works for the emotional health of the people. It also means that you also mastered that relationship with family or mother not that you are cursed. I have a sibling with a moon in cancer and you would think it is the best placement but my sibling does not have his own life and identity outside of mother and you can see the frustration in his life so that to me means that in the past life he had duty to mother unfulfilled while with me I was able to develop my own identity despite the fact that I was emotionally neglected but very well taken care of material wise from wealth (Venus and Mercury in my 7th house and Jupiter in cancer in 11th house) which was not an issue but I came from an abusive alcoholic father and covert narcissist mother who did not know any better except how she was raised too.
I vowed not to be the same as a parent one day and instead it made me careful in relationships not really being in relationships despite all my suitors (Venus in 7th house).
As Hasta rising my Saturn helped me get a lot of higher education overseas and just having Shravana moon helped me get a lot of opportunities overseas far away from home. When you move away from home, practice self love and care in yoga and meditation you become balanced and realise that you deserve the best love which you eventually get in many people. Mine happened to be my spouse who is my twin flame and also so many people who became soul family so I realised I was the black sheep of the family for a great reason. It is also not because you are defective but because you were chosen to be different too. I accepted that and I ended up the most successful in my family despite all they put me through they ended up always admiring who I was as a unique soul even from afar.

The actually same experience here! I had to run away from home when I was 12 in order being alive and started to serve and work! Then get self into school again and tried the best to create opportunities to study and live the USA Then rebuild everything! Finally everything in life has been changed from the hardest life I had, to the life others hope to have! Maybe Bcz the Jupiter is in 11th house 🏡, mercury is in 2rd house!

4 degrees sep. Saturn/Moon in same sign. Nope they were not narcistic at all - actually the opposite, they were very giving to others. Yes, they had their own childhood traumas but didn't take it out on others.

"So much numbness, so cut off" - absolutely. Sat-moon conjunct in 7th. I'm pretty much a hermit to tell the truth and actually quite content to be. Other people can't quite get their heads around that.

For Saturn moon conjunction bathe with cold water or ice water ...it heals on emotional and physical level
Not for me...that would have the opposite effect. Saturn is very cold and constricting. Doing such promotes cramping in my body (constriction).
I do much better with warmth and heat. It allows my emotions to relax and becomes much easier to enjoy life.
@@babajaiy8246 yes! It depends on your sign and house that your Saturn-Moon conjunction is in. Mine is in double fire and I think hot yoga will do me best and I love being warm and comfortable.
I've actually done this for two years, and now I love it. I have bath with cold water no matter how cold.

I really loved hearing a bit of your story, Nav. A lot of these astrology videos are more teaching about placements, transits etc and less about you guys. Its more of a connection when we know about you guys too. Idk if it’s taboo for astrologers to talk about their chart. Anyway, I identified A LOT with Nav having my Mula moon hemmed between (Saturn) and Mars. Saturn is also atmakaraka. With Ernst system my moon is in Cap though.

Ernst, this discussion brought me many insides. My husband has SA, Moon, Mars in Canser in 12 house. He has 2’ degrees between SA and Moon. So his trauma was around 2 years. He might even didn’t remember. I know that his mother was busy working and put him in kindergarten since 8 month 😔He pushes all good away and hold to miserable things that ruin his life. Very sad. But I am sure it’s for his soul evolution. Very hard on personal life 🙂🙏
Your story is so much like mine!! No Saturn moon conjunction but Saturn in cancer conjunct Ketu and moon atmakaraka… Also started life with a Saturn dasha which was not fun at all 😅

I enjoyed listening to this. I have Saturn moon conjunction in 12th house in my navamsa chart and I do agree with you in regards to the hardships, pain, loneliness and the secrets nobody knows about. Secretly I struggle with my emotions and e experiences till this day and I'm 39. I'm also in Rahu Mahadasha lol.

Having Lord Shani as my Ruler of my current existence He sure has given me some very harsh lessons from a very early age from people whom were closest to me... SO.. now at my 50's i've stopped blaming dear Shani for my misfortunes and can see clearly that nothing was set up for me without his blessing in me succeeding at it with help from Ganesha and all the deities, Gods. Bhagwans, Goddesses and so forth.. If i failed.. it was due to my own lack of ego and drive which Mars certainly came in and guided me through tough scenarios during those times.. .. Oh Boy.. anyway. just wanted to share this and give Saturn the full love and respect that he deserves.. Om Shanti..

@Ernst I have Saturn-Moon in Dhanu in 11th aspected by Mars in Gemini from 5th house. :) I really have gone through intense transformation and now do feel close to Sanyasi Yoga still surrounded by material strife, but try to be indifferent to its effect on me. And my moon is Amatya-Karaka

I have Saturn Moon conjuncton in D-60 chart (12th house Leo). I feel a heavy karmic energy. In D-1 (pisces ascendant) Saturn is in Magha 6th house (leo) and Moon in Ashwini 2nd house (aries). In D-9 chart (scorpio ascendant) Saturn is in Ashwini 6th house (aries) and Moon in Ardra 8th house (gemini).

Thank you for this video. I have saturn moon in shravana conjunction in my 4th house in Capricorn currently going through my Saturn return. It’s been.... more than hard. I have sanyas yog and I just wish to be alone. Never been close to my father, and shouldering a lot around my mother, but I also have compassion for her aswell.

Omg, I feel exactly as Navjeet, I have moon Saturn in libra. Similar experience, Sade Sati triggered all the emotional starvation, but it is getting better with age
What happens to our children? If the mother has this combination in Sagittarius and sade saati is going on while pregnancy.. Health money and mental state wise.

This means sannyas yog? I haven't gone out of my home for 2 years now ever since lockdown started. Same conjunction here. In tenth house. Moon debilitated. The home environment was very stressful with a lot of early responsibility. It feels like you are under a huge burden.

I have a Saturn moon conjunction in the second house in Scorpio, but I've never been isolated from my parents. I've been brought up with a lot of love and care. Finances were tight for my parents as we were growing up, but we got the best education and the best everything.
Isn't that contradictory to what the Saturn moon conjunction suggests?
May be scorpio is rashi aspected by Jupiter ...

I have this Moon and Saturn in Sagittarius in the 6th house in my natal chart 21 degrees apart, Rahu in the 8th.
Reaching the end of Sade Sati and halfway in 18 years of Rahu Mahadasha.
It is hectic and so many changes, up and down, money comes and goes. One moment of peace and the next moment: a new challenge. Conflicts between freeing the mind vs stability are a constant life theme.
I also have Jupiter and Venus conjunction is 11th house. Pushya ascendant sun in 1st house with mercury. So I guess my past life karma is not too bad also.
I'll stay optimistic.
