4 and 1/2 week old golden retriever puppies (The Sweets Litter)

Today the little sweets discovered the ball pit as their object of the day. They seem just as interested in the cardboard lid the balls were in as the balls themselves. They had their second lesson on how to eat out of a hand and their first time listening to fireworks outside of their puppy pen. They also had their usual hair dryer desensitizing/ positive association and sweeper exposure. Today was also their second time having to be calm and quiet before getting to eat dinner.

I introduced my lab to fireworks, thunder and my husbands nail guns at 8 weeks old. She was not afraid of any of that. She’d actually watch the fireworks with us.

Puppies get fine ground chicken I also mix with young and puppy formula for one of their meals.
