You know, when you think about it, you really should be careful when using this texture pack. Just think about how many ways REAL creepers could use the environment as camouflage.
IHATE BLUE Well creepers can't spawn with spawners (unless you force them in or right-click them with Spawn Creeper) But a cave, probably, but your world will crash if there is that many creepers, unless they're blocks.

if I were you, I would open the sounds folder and change all the block sounds into creeper hisses.... walk on a block and you hear creepers LOL then change your skin and all mob skins into creepers... the clouds should also be shaped like creepers... the sun and moon could be creeper heads too, then all you need is a ring and a wedding dress, dress notch up in a creeper suit and marry him :p
the only think i was thinking in me head was... "who the heck thought of this?" and "my word i would be scared 24/7 " and last thing... "i'm gonna try it:)"
