Thank you for this video. My 20 year partner and I (never married) bought a property and listed on deed joint tenancy/rights of survivorship. Does that mean if one passes before the other will we need to share tenancy with the children or does all ownership go to the survivng owner? It was so long ago that I wasnt as concerned about what it listed as long as my name was on it.

If I am a 20 % beneficiary ( POD ) & her 2 daughters get 40 % each , on all of my sisters Bank or Investment Accounts , does this fact.need to also be stated in her Will , or would that be defeating the purpose of getting immediate payment to beneficiaries & bypassing Probate ? So , would the Beneficiary percentages split in Financial Accts , not be mentioned in the Will , in order for that to avoid Probate ?

Hello I would like to know if the title is son and his wife and dad as joint tendency but they made a mistake on the deed where son and wife are joint tenant and the dad put joint common but he dies and the other siblings want to take part of his share even though they know it was just between son and dad? Is there a chance the son can win over?
