    Hi. Somebody once told me, that humans have the face of a predator with our frontal positioned eyes, witch can scares a horse.
    Do you think it would be recommended that at least at the beginning avoid staring at the horse, or to look away when he is approaching?

      That is a very good point indeed thank you! Many equine ethologists support that statement, however I think that horses that grew up in the company of humans quickly learn that we are no threat. On the other hand, when handling and training feral horses that were born in the wild, it probably helps if you don't maintain eye contact in the beginning :))
