I feel like Matt is one of the best actors on the show. He is one of the most natural, and good at expressing his emotions. I can see him becoming a very legit good actor if he keeps going and growing. I am excited to see his journey.
I completely agree, the way he effortlessly showed the different sides of EJ (first the seemingly cocky stereotypical jock, then a jealous “villain, then an apologetic nice guy, to the misunderstood character with good intention) all the way back in season 1. He seems most professional and put together in interviews, he has a lot of untapped potential. I hope Netflix or Disney Plus makes him the lead of a romcom or something
