I can remember long sleeved body suits with the snap in the crotch, early to mid 70’s. In fact had a few to wear with my hip hugger jeans, back in middle school ( 1972-74 ). I liked the style of the dresses and the jackets you picked out. I, too and a short person, and have to buy short sized pants and jeans, usually have to hem, the leg. Especially if they don’t have short length, and have to resort to regular length. Thoroughly enjoyed your vlog, brought back lovely memories when my daughter went to school when I lived in Maryland ( now live in England).

I’m a huge budget shopper. If your ever near Morgantown, WV look at Gabe’s. I get huge bargains all the time. Everything is affordable. I shop other stores. I revert back to Gabe’s.
Starting in around middle school I would give my kids an amount of money and take the shopping for school clothes. They needed to have enough clothes to make it a week. It helped them with their math skill and learning how to budget. Since my motto has always been that you just need to pick your battles. I really bit my tongue when my daughters first day of school outfit one year was a black T-shirt with a green alien on the front that size fit her Dad and jeans that were so wide I wasn’t sure how she would be able to walk in them. Now she looks back and laughs but she was happy. Great choices for your grown up clothes too.
Omgeee, I tried on that same Old Navy green dress. I liked the color, the pattern, that it was lined, LOVED the pocket but... at 5'2" it was too long for me - more maxi than midi, and it was more than I could justify spending on something that didn't fit just right. Too bad, too, as I had styled it in my head with my brown boots. Ah well. Another time. Looks like a busy shopping day.

I love the khaki pants with the black jacket and it looked fabulous with that black top you had on. The outfit was very sophisticated. I don’t think you’d want a blousey, blouse with the jacket, it’s perfect with that black top.

The yellow door sounds great to me. We painted our house a sage green and we have a purple door...we also planted all purple,pink,white an green flowers out front and we really like it. Some people come over for the first time and kinda blurt out " oh...your front door is purple". We say " it is". Lol

I try to encourage my adult aged daughter to have stuff in her car for an emergency or whatever. But I’m also planning to pick up things to make her a “sick” box to keep at home. She was sick with a stomach bug last week and she had to DoorDash things she needed. While it’s a good last minute alternative, it’s quite expensive.

Oh no! Those body suits, I remember spending 10\15 minutes in the loo trying to fasten is back up :))) For other 90's ladies do you remember the puff ball skirts and dresses? They didn't have an ordinary hem, it was like 2 layers of fabric that kind of did a puff ball effect.
When my son was growing up I would often check out thrift stores. Sadly we didn't have many. As a high schooler savers was fantastic for many outfits. As I also would purchase from them. Now its harder as I need to try clothes on and now savers no longer has dressing rooms to try clothes on.

I love the blue jacket. I love the petite sizes, as I am only 5ft tall. I do not like sleeves that are too long. Same with pants. My shoe size is 1-2, depending on the width fitting. So I even have Disney Mickey Mouse crocs☺️ Loved this vid👍🙏
