I lived in the Central region and never saw that being used (even though Home and Away was at 6.00 pm there), and I don't think that Yorkshire used it, but I guess that the London stations did as well - Carlton used Trevor McDonald News at Ten trailers I believe.. 5:27 Isn't that man in the Kellogg's Raisin Splitz adverts the same one who appeared in the Pot Noodle "stay hungry" MTV parody adverts from around five years later?
Not sure about that. I think he had the surname 'Hartman' because I watched a 'Snapped' episode recently. I think he was a presenter before unfortunately his death ended in tragedy. The 'Pot Noodle' ones from 1993 was more modern than this Kellogg's Raisin Splitz advert. The Leeds advert was first shown in late 1988. Spatz was a comedy series set in a restaurant made by Thames Television. Fred Dineage presenting 'Coast To Coast' which is the equivalent of 'London Tonight (London Weekend Tonight I seem to remember during the late 1990s). Is it true that Fern Britton was at TVS at the time, a presenter I believe. Another one that came out of my mind, Liz Wickham.
