Hi, thanks for your video, really helpful. Most video only teach about how to make the mockup without the actual, print-ready process. I have a question, do I need to make IN THE FILE a folding line or define some kind of "glue area" so the printing vendor know where to fold and glue to make the envelope shape?

at the end u did not mention about bleed, i have made that it is easy but not idea how to save without bleeds, dont mind but always clear the sense with entire project. now till last the video did the same, whats next?
To save your Illustrator project without bleeds, use the ‘Export for Screens’ or ‘Export As’ option and ensure ‘Include Bleeds’ is unchecked. If using ‘Export As,’ also select ‘Use Artboards’ to exclude the bleed area.

Can you please tell me what should be the size of artboard in Illustrator to design this kind of envelope? Also I want to ask, we'll export this single file as pdf, and go for print? or we export each part seperately?
Hello! I’m glad you’re interested in creating an envelope design. The size of the artboard in Illustrator will depend on the standard envelope size you want to create. For example, for a standard C4 envelope, you might start with an artboard size of 229mm x 324mm.
As for exporting, if your design is meant to be printed as a whole, you can export it as a single PDF file. Make sure to include bleed and crop marks if necessary. If the envelope has multiple parts that need to be printed separately, then you would export each part individually. Always check with your printer for their specific requirements. Happy designing!
Will you help me how to take sizes? It's very confusing that we should take sizes in inches,mm or cm make a detail video on it, I think these types of measurements only use in envelopes verity, anyhow, with the passage of time things settle down.
