Useful and to the point! Apprecitate the visual ruler as a guide too! Don't have the cash on hand to go back to the Luthier so going to try at home and let it set a bit. He lowered/sanded my saddle down last time and lowered the action but I still get a lot of string buzz
Thanks dude, this is exactly what mine is doing on A and D string, does a BR- 160 have a small arch behind the saddle, made in 2005, noticed it wasn't flat, thanks for the info on the site, you and Ben top notch with the instruments.
Thank You So Much for posting this . Yesterday same problem occured with my guitar I watched bunch of videos and loosened the truss rod and it worked . But after that I was scared that what if I have loosened it too much .After watching your video I felt good that I did it in right way .🙌
I just bought a rusty old guitar with a lot of potential for my students to use as they learn a new hobby. The guitar has that tiny sound you described so when I get home this evening I’m going to put your fantastic advice into action. Thanks for a wonderful 11 minutes of help.
🚩Just found U. NO Buzz at All. But it goes Dead after 5th Fret. Haven't been able to play ( breaks my heart,,) Over A year+!! Know I have to have Luthuthier work on it..but Angers me,it's been this way since I had Set Up. V. Frustrated don't wanna spend$$$. Thanks

Really nice it's working fine 😍
thank you very useful
Should do a video of the moisture of the wood and how to keep it the right moisture
What side do I turn mines ? My first four frets buzz when I press on strings like it’s a bad buzz, I have a DEAN EAB Acoustic bass . Plz help😭
Wow, wow, wow! It is magic?
Make sure to tune back to pitch after you adjust your trussrod or it won't be right.
Also use a straight edge that sits on the fretboard not the frets.
Do we need to maKe it straight or not?

Why when i do this i hear some cracks? My guitar is FENDER SA-150
That is no bueno, amigo. Don't do that.
maybe too much tension or too big of adjustments, loosen strings and let the neck rest after making small adjustments
Sadly I need a 5mm Allen key!
Oh man, sorry about that! Good luck!
@@BanjoBen No worries. I'll get one at work this morning and give it a go once there's time.
