- It’s been a “Whoppers Week” (translation: I need chocolate!) and I don’t have the energy for anything less than hundred percent satisfaction. A failed completion with a year long quilt project, back to school preparations, excessive external demands have this mama in need of a NEW BAG and some creative design time-so shall we get started?!
Your FREE PDF Cut List can be found on my blog:

Alrighty then, download your cut list and we will jump right in! (Oh, do me one tiny favor, before we start and hit that thumbs up / like button. It’s free and it helps me out a lot!) Thanks friend! I appreciate you spending this time with me in the studio and would love to see you at one of our live meetups. #sewspire #sewingtutorial #bagmaker

You’re welcome 😊
Great bag, Andrea! Your fabrics are perfect for this bag. As always, I am so glad that I am part of your Studio 365 and get to sew with you often! You do so much for us!
You are so welcome! And I am very grateful for your friendship and wisdom! Love seeing you and Gladys each week!
Welcome back Andrea...thanks for the beautiful bag, and the colors are gorgeous
You are so welcome!🤗
Thank you for a wonderful pattern. I love watching you work and admire what you do so much. Have some patchwork panels ready with recycled jeans for base panels and handles to make up using your method to raise funds for St Margaret’s Trust in Durham England. This video was perfect timing as I was dithering about how to sew them up and now I know what to do.
That sounds amazing and this video must have been just for you! Thank you for your kind words. You offer me inspiration and encouragement. 💕
I just love you. Love the bag and you are the best.
Love you too Pat! Thanks for the kind words.
Cute bag Andrea. I am making one now. It looks like you interfaced the base panels? Any other pieces? (Not talking about the fusivle fleece) See you all Tuesday! - Susan
Hello! I just used fusible fleece but you could add 808 too!
Hi Andrea! If you use a ready to go zipper, not zipper by the yard, would you just use a 15 inch zipper? And not use the little tabs?
Yes you can do that too! Or, an 18” and add tabs and trim the zipper excess.
