I do feel like it didn't happen because Nick/Schnider didn't want an interracial couple. Also, Victoria was dating the actor who played Ryder for most of the series run so I don't think it would have happened in real life, at least not during the show. I do recall when Sway interviewed Leon in 2018 and as soon as Leon said Queen, Sway asked Leon when he last talked to her and had a special video of Victoria for Leon.
