There is lot of similarity in her journey of knowing her self.with that of Baghavan Ramana Maharshi who left his home at the age of 12 and came to Thiruvannamalai to undertake his long expedition to know yourself. What Lena is trying to explain about the various realms of existence I S nothing but the various Kosas or layers as explained in Thaithreeya Upanishads . I felt lena was talking in a very immature way when i watched the first interview. But this sounds very clear and it makes sense and it clears the confusions created by earlier ones. Definitely going to read the book.
Very very true.i have experienced same moments.i had20 years depressed treatment for this enlightenment.suddenly I had to stop medicine.i was so good without medicine.the second moment happened when I stood in front of lord ayyapan in sabarimala.that was awesome moment.sprituality is something great when you experience it.
Lena talk is eye opener .. Meditation is the easiest path .. will take time but it will not have any side effects.
