While the skills are less, and according to the lore it has few: most of his powers come from his weapons, actually everyone, but even so they are less than Darth Vader .

@@Trokaine that's his weakness, he never gives it his all for his son. It's good for being a father, but in a death battle? The fact he always holds back has to be taken into consideration before you just say "he wins because of his strength." He holds back whereas Vader won't in the slightest. It's the same for Doom Slayer vs Kratos, they are completely equals but Kratos holding back gives slayer a huge advantage over him.
