We finally made it! The truth is revealed to the world! The scouts deal with the great loss of many comrades. Eren has some more visions from the past. AND WE FINALLY SEE THE OCEAN! Very good last episode and now we wait for S4! Trailer coming next followed by Lost Girl OVA's - Krátké a kreslené filmy
S4 trailer and Lost Girls OVAs next!
Parasyte starting soon!
Hope we don’t have to wait till Tuesday for the trailer
Tex most likely lol
FYI eren's mind is NOT clouded, but SO STRESSED! He's the ONLY ONE who knows the REAL TRUTH! 1 by 1 being shown to him by his dad's memories!!!

Even if floch annoys people he was saying FACTS....people are afraid to face reality.
The logical decision was Erwin but Levi,Eren and mikasa made his decision based on how they felt.
It wasnt the most rational decision
I dont like his personality but his character is so good,he was speaking the truth.
Not wrong, but what annoyed me was that at the same time he was just lashing out, trowing his own frustration and fear on everyone and at an inappropriate moment. I mean, he was totally in his right to speak his mind when the decision was not yet made, but here he was pushing, and loudly criticized his captain's call in front of the other branch of the military and during a formal ceremony.
Yes making the show still give realistic perspective of a fodder
The logical decision in the eyes of them Was to save Erwin but Armin was the more logical choice by far overall with the knowledge us viewers have. Not only would Bert’s memories effect Erwin but after the basement he’d lose all drive and crumble under guilt. The basement kept himself together, and we know this from dialogue
RandomUserNamedAndrew lol I hope you read the manga
Spoiler alert 🚨
Armin is as useful as a tree branch
Nope, Erwin was the wrong choice.
Get out anime onlys and read the manga from the first chapter
first Erwin wouldn't fight after discovering the basement, that was made clear before, Armin did a lot more than people give him:
amp.reddit.com/r/titanfolk/comments/hvvut9/how_useless_is_he_really/
This reddit post shows all Armins achievement.
Even before, despite Armin being younger than Erwin and not a veteran, Armin made flawless plans while Erwin make suicidal stupid plans that only get saved by Eren or Levi (Female Titan plan, fails, Levi get into action and if they were not in a forest they would be dead, Clash if Titans arc, tottaly failure, if Eren didn't happen to encounter Dina, Survey Corps wiped out, Beast Titan plan, fails horribly, acknowledges that there is another intelligent titan, yet he only cared about the Beast and got everyone waste their lives for nothing.) It is also to be stated that Erwin would more likely get everyone killed because the Marley retake plan worked flawlessly, the couple casualties should be blamed on the Corps partying before they were in the clear, Armin is also the most important person to Eren, now if Erwin stays alive, there is 99.999999% chance that Eren would eat him limiting the survey corps survival and humanities to 0%, it was shown that only Armin can talk through Eren, always, Mikasa in the Trost arc couldn't pet talk him, same when he got beat by Bert, or when he was beat by Annie, and in ch131 Eren only spoke to Armin and Armin only, she never could, neither Erwin neither Levi, always Armin so the one that did that, because Armin and Eren are the main focus of the show, a contrast between Globalism and Nationalism, a person wanting to explore freedom, a person who kills enemies for freedom.
Floch is a character that I've really come to love in Aot. He was introduced as a fodder character, but now he's survived the typical redshirt death. And he's not going to sugarcoat or hide his opinion from anyone. I really like that because you'd have expected Marlowe to be the one still alive. But it's Floch. And he doesn't believe that Armin is the devil who can save humanity. He's a very unique character.

@ERA CASTE Spoilers
Chad king floch
ALL MY NIGGAS LOVE EREN JR FLOCH THE THIRD
King Flochad will prevail.
Poor Eren. He's lived and gambled his entire life contingent that the world they read about in the book would be true only for him to be hit with the harsh reality that such a perfect world simply does not exist. The very titans he swore to kill were just fallen fellow patriots who tried to fight for their rightful freedom just as Eren has from such a crew world. On the other side of the wall.....is another wall with Marleyan enemies who despise their existence, subjugating Eldians, tossing them over the walls hoping that they cannibalize each other until Eldians are obsolete. Goodbye to the Eren who had any shred of hope in him.
@@erenyaya2240 Yes, I'm siding with Eren on this one. I've read the manga and, suffice to say, people bring their own personal morals into this way too much.
Eldia was once an empire, indicating that there were millions of people at some point. 250,000 + 10,000 were lost when wall maria fell and people still side with the rest of the world because there's more lives.
Genocide is genocide and the world fully planned to attack millions (maybe only thousands at this point) of eldians that are 100 years behind in technology for the sake of... What? A few years of peace? Wasn't marley always shown to be an aggressive and greedy nation?
Also, it's foolish to say there won't be any survivors. The population will take a massive blow, yes, but if they flee towards paradise they're fine.
My point is, I agree with Eren's decision because i don't bring my real life morals into fantasy like most people. You can't have your current morals in the AOT world. You morals must be low yet steady in this type of world and you have to look at everything in a morally grey way. Not black and white. Only then you're free to choose who you think is slightly more correct, morally.
People hatin on floch, but all he’s doing is stating facts, he’s a great realistic character
Your going to hate him eventually, he pretty much causes a main character’s death in the manga
no fuck floch all the way, he just keeps getting worse
@@stro6124 Okay and? Those Group of people are going against the person who is trying to save "the people". That group has already killed thei own comrades who were just trying to save their people
Raymond Orunsolu Spoiler Alert:
You do realize Eren is committing mass genocide? He’s doing 3x the kill of what Bertoholt and Reiner have done so far, yes he’s killing Marleyans which want all Eldians gone, but at the same time he’s taking millions of innocents with them, just because they were born were the enemy lives doesn’t mean every single Marley soldier is evil
@CHRIS ah I see you are a man who actually knows what he is talking about
Thing is with Floch’s speech is everything he said was right but he said it at the wrong time
@CHRIS Fuck Floch. I get his character. That doesn't negate the fuck-shit he's done.
@CHRIS I completely agree with you. A fantastic character, true to his ideals till the end
@MichaelMyers87 {SPOILER}!
at least he tried to support Eren to save the island. The alliance doesn't even have a clear plan, just driven by sterile heroism (except for the warriors) to save a world that would not hesitate to massacre them all. Being a cinic asshole with regard to the opponents is part of his character. He had a concretely feasible goal and he tried to accomplish it no matter what, even being brutal. That's why I loved his development and his dedication to Eren and his plan, btw just a personal taste🤩
@CHRIS My guy. He was a self-proclaimed coward, who joined the scouts because it was "cool", bitched about them not telling him the "truth" about what it meant to be in the scouts, then got survivals guilt when he was the only one to survive the beast titan's attack. Then went to kill people, THE SAME PEOPLE HE'S SO DESPRATELY TRYING TO SAVE. Just because they didn't want to follow his ideas? Again, I get his character, I actually really liked that he stuck with his believes to the very end. But he was still a prick who got overzealous and took his new found power overboard.
@MichaelMyers87 everyone knows even Eren himself knows that Genocide is wrong, cruel and terrible but you dont understand the Situation the World declared War against Paradise and all Countrys were ready to Attack Paradise its GENOCIDE OR BE GENOCIDED and Eren just does the only option he has to save his Homeland or his People will be killed for something that happened over 2000 YEARS ago. Eren has all rights to save his Island and sadly the rumbling is the only option. Even if Eren takes the ability away from Eldians to turn into Titans the World will still try to wipe them out and even if Eren agreed to Zekes Euthanasia plan the world would still try to destroy the Island and even if Eren only destroys the Military the world will develope Nukes and drop it to Paradise the Rumbling is the only way to save the Island. #TeamEren
"...the people of the world see us not as humans, but as dangerous monsters"
"I just want the weak who do get swept along with the flow to be considered human too" -Annie, S1E23
Eren seeing memories of his aunt killed was such a horrible mood killer...
Floch although being an asshole was speaking the truth. He also helped to provide that outside perspective which was refreshing since he wasn't 100% in agreement with our MCs. It basically gave another layer of believability to the situation overall. I also loved how Floch reflected S1 Jean here, which was why Jean was able to see where he was coming from. Remember when Jean questioned Eren before their 1st expedition? Floch's moment was basically like that moment. They both even said the same thing by the end, that they had a right to decide what they're dying for.
Eren started this season at the ocean and ended it at the ocean was fantastic. The flip of expectations especially was great! Seeing him there at the start was basically a hype moment, but undercut with a bit of worry at his words and the lack of anyone else around him. Then we finally get here and everything's okay. People are there and having fun, but Eren is the one in hell in his mind and unable to really enjoy it. There was an obvious change you could see in Eren at the start, but now you could really tell how much he's changed. He seemed so sad, spaced out, and his usual "Kill them all (titans)!" is now "Kill them all (the world)?" For majority of the series, the ocean has always symbolized the path to freedom but now that we're finally here, freedom is still nowhere in sight. Just a whole lot more pain and suffering ahead of them...
Can't wait to see your reactions to the S4 trailer and the Lost Girl OVAs!!
When I saw episode 22 I was just feeling completely empty and when I finally saw them get to the see I was still feeling empty and the see was I was looking at seems so pointless I think I was feeling the same thing Eren was feeling maybe
@@nuru5904 That's honestly what makes the whole basement reveal so good. Everything literally changed after they found out the truth of the world...
What truth did Floch speak? Nothing really and you'll see why he is wrong in season 4.
@@lalalalisa41 Ikr I dunno if attack on Titan is a masterpiece or not but it will be always a masterpiece from my point of view unless someone makes another anime better than Aot or is there another anime already in existence that is better than Aot in existence well I may never know but it depends on what in my point of view is a masterpiece because if an anime is an masterpiece or not depends on the person's point of view watching the anime and if enough people believe that an anime is an masterpiece then it is the truth and why am I even rambling on about random stuff seems like Aot has a bigger impact on my life than I thought or I dunno maybe my tiny mind can't understand the thing that you or anyone else is talking about or OK I will stop I am talking way too much for a random CZcams comment
@@ayoubzahyo I'm a manga reader lol. I guess when I say he was speaking the truth or facts, I'm mainly talking about from an objective outside point of view, he isn't wrong in what he's saying. He isn't buddy-buddy with Eren's group so he doesn't know Armin that well or at all. I think any rational person would've picked Erwin as the obvious choice considering that. As Levi said before he chose Armin, Erwin is the Commander of the Scouts.
There's also what he said about how even if he and the others are just fodder, they still have the right to decide what they're dying for.
Agree or disagree with Floch, I think we can at least agree that his unbiased stance as a fellow soldier outside of our main group helped to add another layer of realism to this whole situation. Not everyone will always be 100% on the MCs side. Not everyone has the privilege of seeing and getting to know our MCs and what they've been through.
Marlo was a good dude and I respected his bowl cut hair...poor Hitch those two would've been a cute couple!
The Final Season will be mind-blowing! Can't wait
I'm confused because the manga is not yet finish. Does it mean that the anime will have it's own ending?
@@LanceVanceDance214 no there will be defintely 2 parts
@@LanceVanceDance214 The manga is almost done. The anime wouldn't catch up in time to finish before the manga, so it shouldn't have its own ending.
@@crepperfrends12 you do know that they will still be animating it while they release each episode right
@@crepperfrends12 you are correct, my bad
Ya'll kept shaking your heads at Floch because he was going against the main characters but he wasn't really wrong (Taking it out on Armin is the only bad part). Imagine joining a military to dedicate your life to your home and you find out the decisions at the top are made by a bunch of selfish children (and Levi). From literally every single outsider perspective, Erwin is the right choice because Armin is some kid who finished basic a couple months ago.
something to rly note is the change in eren. In s1 he was someone who swore to kill all titans and hated having his freedom taken from them. “Humanity living like cattle.” And he believed that outside the walls was freedom. But now he knows the true identity of the titans and what’s rly beyond the walls. Huge 180 from what he had believed for so long.
He still hates having his freedom taken away from him, and he won't hesitate to take other's.
Erens final line always makes me tear up, goddamn.
I'm ready and yet not for season 4
I always get chills. It’s just so depressing and the VA nails just how broken Eren is.

@@CptDuck nah it got moved

@@urcurlydawg932 No. It's still for Fall
Gotta get it straight in their heads that Eren needs a royal-blooded titan to use the founding titan’s full ability, not just anyone of royal blood.
Eren refrained from saying it out loud because he thought Historia could be forced to become a titan by the military for the sake of having that power available to them.
Also, that scene with Eren the sea is rough. He’s the only one there for whom the sea isn’t as new and exciting as it should be since he’s seen it all in his father’s memories, and he knows more than anyone around him that it no longer represents freedom while he and his people have so many enemies waiting across that sea.
Actually based on the Retake Arc Armin saw all the memories before the Ocean and he still was happy as you can see.
@@ayoubzahyo I don't recall Armin seeing anything except an image of a half-muscled colossal titan, with Sasha's words from next to him being spoken in Bert's voice.
Not the same thing as far I can tell, certainly based on the lack of reaction/discussion about it from a character like Armin.

@@Sprife_ Spoiler:
If you read chapter 131 you remember when Eren was telling that little boy: "I'M SORRY! I'M SORRY!". As you know it's cuz at that time he saw how the kid would die right? He then told the kid: " When I learned humanity existed beyond the walls... *I was disappointed*" That hit hard cuz that's exactly how he felt when he was pointing at the sea. You can see he's broken but his face is trying to hide it. Thing is in my opinion at the time Eren reached the sea he already knew what he was gonna do. All the deaths etc... As of now I got no idea how this story will end.

@@E_PHI_r i highlighted that part since, it's a fandom thing. Yah know how things work right. Oof.
When Eren asks if they will be free if they kill all the enemies across the sea. That really stuck with me, because I believe the only way to "freedom" is by forgiving the sins of the past. However, since Eren has seen/remembered so much, the ability to forgive may have been lost along the way. This show does a great job highlighting that.
It was an amazing journey with you guys. Thank you ❤

It's definitely top 1 for me
Seems like they didn't understand 80% of the reveals and probably thought basement reveal was underwhelming because of this, hence they didn't rate it higher. Really unfortunate they decided to watch so many episode back-to-back and got overwhelmed because of it.
Everyone would've be forced to choose between the two even if it wasn't eren. *Die alongside with your fellow people, as monsters or rather fight for your freedom to live and rights. Great reactions this season, you’ve earned a new subscriber moving forward. Looking forward to the trailer reaction!
It was a pleasure to see you back when the S4 premiered.
Eren's character progression dude. He spends so long dreaming of the ocean, and when he finally gets to see it, he can't even be happy. Because he knows that past the ocean, is a world of people who wish for his death.
I can't wait for you guys to see him next season, he's such a fantastic character.
Titans are really light, so Armin and Eren transform, Armin lays down on his back, Eren grabs one of those giant pine trees and uses it as a pole like one of those gondoliers. You could probably fit a scouting's mission worth of soldiers on Armin's stomach.
Floch is right you guys can't have Eren on this pedestal just because he's the main character lol.
I'm so looking forward to your reaction to the S4 trailer. Gonna be great!
Rewatching it after reading the manga is something else 😂😂😂
So true it feels like heaven😂
Thanks for the ride !
After seeing the change in Eren’s personality when he came to know the full truth makes me believe that sometimes ignorance is a blessing
I was about to sleep and I get the notification hahaha
This piece of music which plays when they are at the sea makes me believe that we all are living inside the walls and there's this whole advance civilization out there and that's where Hiroyuki Sawano is from.... Man, this hits right in the feels. Masterpiece. Respect.
The way Eren paused when he was about to say that "beyond the sea is freedom" line. Realizing that the rest of the world is their enemy, that gave me chills.
And I wonder if Historia saw anything too when she touched Eren. In the cave, she and her dad were able to see some memories when they touched Eren so I'm sure she would've seen somethin too.

well, what once served as a method to put pressure on the king of the walls (titanizing eldians) now ironically enough acts as a deterrent to the marleyans. The marleyans are presumably still under the assumption that titans are everywhere on paradis. and thinking about it logically this wasn't a good move because it makes their missions (retreiving fossil fuels within paradis as well as stealing the founding titan) much harder. so i doubt they'd want to continue pumping out more titans and make their job even harder.
When tht trailer droppin doe
Season 4 trailer reaction coming soon?
Did Eren saw the spoiler of season 4 at 9:42 ?
Eren is like: yeah everyone across the ocean is about to fucking die
This episode hurts as a manga reader. I've never seen a series with so much rewatchability.
"If we kill all our enemies over there... will we finally be free?" That line always gets me. Together with the music, it's just so perfectly delivered. You can't help but feel bad for Eren and the gang. They will never find freedom.
Floch was spitting facts ngl. He was as an asshole about it but what he was saying had a lot of truth to it. Though a lot of people find it hard to see the whole serumbowl situation from his perspective and empathize with him since he's just random fodder and isn't part of the main cast. Which is kind of the point of his character, to give a voice to the nameless fodder who die in this series.
Never underestimate that hand kissing scene. That moment is pivotal moment for Eren's character development
👍
Season 4 would be even better, can confirm
"And then they'd had to cross it and go fuck up Marley" ahahhaha

Season 4 trailer reaction?
Remember that Eren has Two Titan powers, the Founding Titan and the Attack Titan from his dad.
Its going to be #1
Well here is the end but there is the OVAS!
I recommend watching Wotakoi.
The last scene is really sad
I love how they think Zeke is the ruler of the other side of the see haha... He's just another eldian trying to survive.
I love the ocean scene because it shows Eren's tragic development. Eren always thought of the outside world as freedom, freedom from oppression and fighting. But obviously after the Basement reveal we know that isnt true. The outside world IS the enemy and so Eren's hopes and dreams were crushed.
Dont forget to react to the final season trailer
