      You're welcome bro,
all thieves are criminals, but not all criminals are thieves,
it doesn't matter wether the cat is black or white, as longe as it can catch a mice and the hand that giveth is greater than the hand that receives.

He did his first robbery in Kimbe while doing grade 9 when he faced a school fee problem and was shot on his leg by his own cousin during the robbery. When he fell down to the ground he call his cousins name and he was saved. He was charged for robbery, shooting of a policemen and rape which he only involved in the first one the other two crimes were committed by his friend's from the block which ran away from the robbery.he was transferred from lakimata to bomana and escaped during a mass breakout in 2005.while on the run he was living in Gerehu stage 6 with some families sharing the same street with alphie hombi which he got married there. In 2007 alphie hombie was planning a robbery to execute MRO at that time he already had that kapris was a escapee.

He was not the most feared criminal, he was the most double crossed thief, attached with political puppet strings, who never learned anything when he was first double crossed, he forgot the code 'there is no honour amongst thieves', which led to his very own fate, so he is a thief indeed not a criminal.
Real criminals have no rumours, never apologises for their crimes and trusts no one (1st principle), even in their very own circle. They only show respect, a kind that you'll never comprehend.

Most of his robberies were executed through "Inside Job", not through armed tactics and hard gun fighting. He died while surrendering. So he was not the most feared in the criminal perspective and criminal history.

You don't understand. May be you were just a baby when William Kapris Nanua was called the most feard criminal of Papua New Guinea 🇵🇬. He even set some kind of records that, in his rule, some other countries know him. Even when I arrived in Thailand 🇹🇭 spending a holiday with my friends down there. They asked me about William Kapris Nanua. He set some records in PNG crime history.

His crimes didn't cause any terror or fear in PNG because all robberies were carried out through inside job. No reports confirmed his crimes as a fearsome criminal who has not even caused terror in PNG. Just like BSP Kerema branch. There was no reports of gun fighting tactics used, but the BSP branch manager himself organised the crime. Compared to BSP Kerema robbery in 1997 in a real armed, hostage and a get away tactics. So from criminal perspective he's not the most feared. Criminals who lead their gang members and carried out armed tactics to execute and even confronted law enforcement officers and by attacking police establishments are mostly feared criminals who even died in gun battle in their last breath. Not surrendering and dying easily is not the most feared criminals do. That was a pure corruption involved by topshots using him as scapegoat.

Yeah.... maybe I was too small to stop a car from running into a brick wall.
By the way do you notice what's currently testing PNG's sovereignty as a independent nation?
"There are 10 more people who are worse than me" _William. N. K_ in his interrogations.
Is Tommy. M. Barker one of the 10 or not?
Maybe or maybe not. Who knows.
Where are the rest of his accomplish? Why is the case gone cold?
