Don't let your age dictate your price either. Start with friends and family. Have them leave reviews on your fb or google page. Get tons of before and after pictures to show people your work. Those help sell jobs and help sell add ons.

Ive been pouring concrete for 10 years now, in my area only concrete guys like myself do sealing. I see an open market for this in my area because my boss and other contractors hate sealing concrete. This video has been helpful for me to start doing this on weekends for as a side job.
