@@je_suis_calme_13i started journaling on christmas 2020 but forgot about it till february 2nd 2022 when i started again then kept that going for a few months and quit then on august 2nd 2022 i started journaling again and that time it stuck currently almost done with my 3rd journal
@@je_suis_calme_13I started journaling August 11 th 2022. I did it quite consistently until late July 2023 I’ve just got motivation and decided to start again today. Soo I’m writing loads. Idk if I’m going to do it every day but I’ll try my best

How do you deal with journaling burnout? I’ve journaled everyday so far this year and I’m lately feeling like there’s no point or that I should stop. I feel like my entries are boring, and it makes me sad. I don’t want to stop journaling or even stop daily journaling, but I’m just so burnt out from it. Thoughts/advice? :)

Just take it slow and doñt force urself to write too much, u can just bullet point or draw instead
You are the one who got me into jornaling I used to watch many other videos about journaling but your videos just hit differently, maybe it's because you are the one from whom I got to know that I can journal in whatever way I want. I usually just write my thoughts, things i want to achieve, some parts of my life I never want to forget, reasons to live , what I went through and how I overcame it or about my day in my journal. ( I don't know if that's really journaling or what type of journaling this is. ) but I just love it that way. I currently have 2 journals ( one for daily.document and one for my silly little thoughts) and I love them with all my heart.

OMG same! I also have a daily journal and another little notebook where I write silly things like simping for my imaginary lover 😭😭. I’ve been daily journaling for almost 4 months now, and it’s incredibly beneficial for me as a very reserved person; I just needed to let my thoughts down in some way.

as someone who hasn’t watched her since July 2023 I absolutely agree
Something I do to always add color to my journal entries is to use a marker/highlighter to underline or decor the date, day of the week and the time. Basically, I use a different color every day and I do everything that could contain a color with that “color of the day”. I found that is the easiest and quickest way to always have some color in my journal.

I'm about to do a reading my journal entry on my channel and I want to start incorporating colour more into my journalling too.
When I start my next journal (which I'll probably start in a week or two), I'm going to try to add color, because I've always just written in one color for each entry.

13:20 I started my period back in 2009 (I was 9years old rip) which is so much longer ago than you but I have not had even close to 100 periods at all. I used to get my period like once a year, maybe twice if I was ‘lucky’. I’m 23 now (almost 24) and it’s been 15 years of periods which should have been like closer to 180 but instead it’s been like 50 or so. How crazy how bodies work so differently per person. Congratulations on being healthy!

Hi Carrie .....I did like your period one entry .....but like my period started at like 2020 ....and then from the start of 2022 ......it just stopped .....and now still it does not happen ......and my appetite...was also LOW so that was one reason......and then ....like it is quite sad ....but I am trying my best to work on my appetite again ....and .....get my periods back ......
