The bowing effect (or whatever it's called) really stands out in shots like at 0:18. The door on the far right looks weird! Like something from a Tim Burton movie. Update --- one can (and should, IMO) correct it in post. I found an example of that for Resolve: czcams.com/video/6EZ17h1PzFg/video.html Unless there really is a good reason to leave the distortion I feel strongly that it should be removed. It looks weird and destroys the cinematic, epic or otherwise just beautiful effect that the lens is intended for. I get it that on the very low end of the anamorphic lens budget you will get this effect. But again, remove it, please!
@@jennifergala I'm really still looking at Beastgrip since from all of the ones I've seen: Sandmarc, Moment, Shiftcam, etc - this is the one that has the best setup and lense in my opinion. Also, in my opinion, will be very costly to me...
