I'm glad someone pointed this out. So many acts on this show and the American version have these sad stories before they perform. "I used to sleep in my car in between gigs. My dog would fart sometimes. Life was really rough."

@reevus I beatbox all the time, just pissing about, it's not a talent, it's ridiculous and a teenage thing.
Using the machine to record it, and then make ridiculous noises over the top of it, is also not talent.
Ed sheeran does this too, makes a little quick beat, records it, plays a bit of guitar, records it, hums a few bars of a tune records it, then puts it all together on said machine, and then he sings over it...
Sounds good, but it really isn't that difficult...

In France, he is already very well known! He was a finalist for The Voice, he started a beatbox group that tours extensively and he plays a role in a French series.

C'était évident qu'il allait avoir le Golden Buzzer, MB14 a été champion du monde de BeatBox 2018 (en équipe avec Berywam). Ça fait un moment qu'on le suit partout en France, en Belgique et ailleurs ! Il a été aussi Finaliste de The Voice France 2016.

Having been a fan of him since the Loopstation battles and the The Voice, I can tell you this performance doesn't show even half of his true ability and talent. He's incredible.
Normally listening to someone beatboxing is very awkward and uncomfortable for me but this particular individual made it actually sound enjoyable and very professional. Well deserved golden buzzer!
