I have a 2018 540i as well and had similar issue. My vehicle would leak coolant, I took it into shop and they did a pressure test to see where the coolant was coming from. It came from the radiator, car only had 39k miles at the time. How many miles is your vehicle at?
Hey, mine failed at 69800 miles. And guys at the shop said it can happen randomly and its common
Ah I see, if it happens again I plan on attempting to do it myself. After watching few tutorial videos on the G30 it looks fairly simple. @@dunkaev95

No they said it happens to many bmws. I drove almost 30k miles with this tune
My car has 147tkm … 540i Im tuned stg2 … Coolant tank cracked, Rear diff seal little bit leaked, Rear Hardy disk( rubber), emergency Sos Battery, thats is so far
Damn i guess these are the things that might come next for me lol
@@dunkaev95 yeah but it all cost Small money… Emergebcy battery 40-50€ , Seal cant remember but it was not much as thr same time they changed the fluid in differential.. Hardy that almost every bmw its rubber… hope nothing else will come all tho i had guarantee so it was all covered…
1. I just replaced my radiator in my 2017 540i xdrive coolant started leaking slowly then it got really bad but after replacing she’s back to normal

Good for you. I need to fix this car asap so I had no choice. Otherwise id watch some videos and do it with a friend. Sucks to pay that much when you know it could have been cheaper 😤 but it is what it is
