I've never seen friendship like that. Fren acts like a lover not a friend. Like an older lover who is taking care of her. It's very sweet,but at 25 years old no woman is going to spend that much time taking care of a "friend". They're lovers for sure. The toothpaste story was very sweet and I do wonder if this isn't just some publicity stunt. If it is, they are really good at it.
