☾ Subliminal Explained ☾
Subliminal videos are a tool to help you create the reality of your dreams. Similar but not to be compared to saying affirmations. Subliminals are usually sped up and lowered in volume affirmations that go in the background of a song, sound, or both. You cannot hear it but your subconscious can -- effective in reprogramming it when listening to it multiple times.
However, always be careful when listening. Drink water. Because of the speed of the background subliminal it can be overwhelming. Be sure to listen to your body, limit your listening, and stop if it becomes too much.
My subliminals are made with good intent and are often made in a set of videos (5-Minute, Subliminal, and 1 hr/Overnight with the same affirmations in each. That way you can pick which one you'd like to listen to. My hope is that it finds the right people who need to hear it so they can become/manifest they desires. ♡
Keep in mind the results depends on the person. What you desire, desires you as well (I believe). So believe in all that you want to be and you can manifest it into your life.

@Maria It just depends on the person honestly. Saying/thinking new affirmations is great because its just replacing old thoughts. Great for when old thoughts come up that you no longer want to experience people affirm differently in that moment. Subliminals is great if you just feel like listening to a song or sounds while knowing these affirmations are being pressed into subconscious. These are also great if you have trouble with intrusive thoughts but even still it is important to still replace old thinking with new affirmations. They can work in conjunction, but it is just preference and if you affirm they work for you.

These are so powerful, the only thing is I really wish it didn’t say, “lovers” plural. These are so powerful that they indeed have been bringing multiple men to pay so much attention to me and speak about my beauty, how they missed an opportunity with me, and how they miss hearing my voice.
