My condolences I lost my brother too and this was 6 years ago and it still hurts the same you learn how to manage and push harder but when you have your moments have them. It’s okay to miss and be sad about it I had to learn that. Keep pushing you got this

I had a friend who's mother died when we were in high college. She went on to have a great life. My mother did when I was 45. I am still devastated. I don't know how my friend was able to maneuver so gracefully in life. The loss of a parent is foundation changing, you feel like you're free falling. But your foundationis still there. I know what it feels like when grief won't let you speak out loud. Talk to God constantly, let him comfort you, he will. Time will heal some but not all. You have new string angels watching over you. I also pray for your mental strength, peace and comfort! Be blessed young sister! Be encouraged!

I've lost my brother right out of high school and than lost my cousin years later and lost my dad and grandpa on the same year. Its hard to keep moving on after so many people in my life are dead but I have to live for them now.

Dont believe anyone gonna be mad at you. Sometimes is a good thing to take a break. As others have said, condolences in your grief. Remember, to live each day in love. Love from God. Love from family and friends. It is hard, some days harder then others. It will get better. You never forget, or fully stop feeling the loss. But, it does get better. Has Been since Nov 88 i lost my grandmother, and feb 2010 since my mother joined Grandma. I miss then much, but i know they are watching over me, guiding me. and still loving me. Eventually, you should feel something on the level, for each person is different. Much love and healing your way.

As someone who has lost several close family members, I understand how you must have felt. If only there was a manual to help us cope, that would make it easier, but alas, we just have to take it a day at a time. I'm sorry for your loss but don't forget that they live in you and through you and speaking as a father (young father, not old and weird) and a brother, NOTHING means more to us than to see the ones we love the most live in happiness.
