Yes Joanne I was looking for this information as well but I’m having problems sending crypto from Coinbase to MEXC. Coinbase keep sending me a disabled security message. It seems as though you can’t be connected to your vpn while on Coinbase. So while connected to your vpn and trying to send crypto from Coinbase to MEXC won’t work.

No. When you cash out to your bank you get taxed on the profit you made based on whatever you put on the exchange in the first place. They won’t care unless you’re making big money anyway

I’m so tired of jumping through hoops trade in the USA! I just am skeptical of the vpn stuff like getting locked out ect. Funny how you send USDC to fund the account but we aren’t from the USA supposedly. This is so frustrating
USDC is used all over the world and it has nothing to do with the government or the actual dollar. But anyway, we can't use these exchanges because the US is the ones who forbid it. Not the exchanges.

Why are you worried about using a vpn? Most of the exchanges I’ve had to use are funded by the mainchain token. It’s all about KYC and centralization of crypto.

I used it to create the account. Once I am logged in, I don’t usually keep the VPN on. It’s not causing an issue! You just need it to make the account, but if you log out and need to log back in, you need to turn your VPN on again before you make a full login attempt

Depends on where you’re trying to send it from. USDT has the most trading pairs and is more used in the crypto space. Just trade your usdc into USDT and use it from there

You need to set your VPN up with a different country like Finland before you create the account. Germany is probably an unauthorized country just like the US is. But mexc does not require a KYC if you set it that way
It sounds like you tried to set up a Fiat account. Don't do that, Bro. Just send crypto to MEXC, get your crypto, immediately take it off the exchange. Or send a small amount for a quick margin trade and then take it off. Don't leave your crypto on here. You could lose it.

Hey, good question! Honestly, the VPN is really only necessary when you create the account. I do use it most of the time anyway, but you can login and it just says a warning message if you don’t have it on and it’s so lousy to use the platform. I didn’t have a VPN after setting my account up on other exchanges, and the exchange will always allow you to at least withdraw your funds. They’re not gonna freeze it in there.

You can always withdraw funds without Kyc. They limit it to $20k/day without Kyc

So when you connect to VPN does it only apply to your current tab/website? I know some websites block VPN use so I don't want it to mess with other sites I use a lot..
U can just shut the vpn off, I went to homedepot web page but had vpn on saying I was from Brazil home depot blocked me. I went to my vpn turned it off refreshed my page I'm unblocked. The same goes for it you have it off when your suppose to have it on. Just turn on vpn and refresh u in. You should check first what country to use on vpn.

When you cash money out to your bank account that’s definitely stuff you’re gonna need your report on! Some of the money you’re making on the exchange is kind of going unnoticed technically. But when you withdraw it to your bank, it will be easily visible.

You have to swap your USDC for USDT, then you can make a trade. Most coin pairs don’t trade with USDC.

I don’t have that error. You should always be able to withdraw funds even if you aren’t approved on the platform but have your money stuck there. Just tell them you need to send your money out and close the account

If not and you were hodling then sold and want to cash out your USDT then they must be enforcing a KYC at the withdrawl process to catch restricted country users--in which case they should still give you the funds like kucoin is for USA clients. There’s crypto tax software that monitors every one of your trades, and when you cash out to Coinbase in your bank account, there’s all kinds of tax information that you’ll need to do. I did all my crypto transactions myself last year through a software. Good luck.

When it asks where your USDC came from (When you transfer back more than you transfered out -to mexc) how did you account for that?
