- Hey all! It's been a second! But today I'm proud to bring you some Star Wars nerdom! Aka: My personal favorite themes from JW & MG. With the pleasure of showing off how incredible the Cinematic Studio Series really sounds! Video coming next week showing off the incredible libraries, but for now! Enjoy!

Great thing is that you did a lot with less, there ain't much instruments in this mockup and yet it sounds full and beautiful, nice job!
John Williams is such a genius... and I think you did him justice with this piece! Doing mockups is such a great way of learning about orchestration!

@@PeterSchmidt It’s true that it’s not perfect, but I don’t think the the goal of a mockup is to be perfect either. So great work! You still were able to capture the essence of the piece 🤷🏼♂️

Looks like you just used mix mics. Did you use any extra eq, reverb, compression etc.?

Awesome mockup Peter! One of my favs as well! This is why I bought the Cinematic Studio Series instruments as well. Check out my Rolls Royce video for how I used CSS.

Some of the notes in the theme are just wrong.
Lol yeah most likely, I did this from ear and memory not from sheet music. More for the sound of it then the actual perfect John Williams orchestration.
