I can explain that, jab aap pehle simran ya naam practice krte ho to pehle hamara mann jo hai wo sunn mein jana shuru kar de to pehle ridhiya sidhiya aani shuru ho jati hai osme bhi hum kisi ka mind read kar skte hai lekin agar kisi ki practice apse zyda hai ya wo jab anhad naad ko sunta hai tab ridhiya sidhya bhi mind read nhi kar sktiya. Ye me experience kar chuka hu. Par jab aap ridhiya sidhiya ko use nhi krte or aage meditation me jate hai jab tak apko ko andar or bahr parkash na ho jaye. Os waqt parmatma hame kala deta hai jaise ham sunte hai k shri krishna ji 16 kala the, aise hame bhi kala milti hai. Osme ik kala ati hai jisme ham antaryami ho jate hai tab hum kisi ka bhi mind read kar sakte hai. Lekin ridhiya sidhiya kaal deta hai jo chahta hai k ham parmatma se na mile or inme hi uljhe rhe . So, ridhiya sidhya parmatma k duwara di gyi kala's ki nakkal hai. Is liye jab tak hum parmatma se mil nhi lete unse pehle aani wali jitni bhi shaktiya ya sidhiya hai wo kaal hi dita hai or hame unse bachna chahiye. As written in gurbani ਰਿਧਿ ਸਿਧਿ ਸਭੁ ਮੋਹ ਹੈ ਨਾਮੁ ਨ ਵਸੈ ਮਨਿ ਆਇ। Means ridhi sidhi moh hai jisme agar hum fas jaate hai to bhagwan ka naam nhi basta.
