There is growing anticipation that the detained leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu may soon regain his freedom. The IPOB leader has been in detention since 2021 when he was renditioned back to Nigeria from Kenya. Since his detention the insecurity in the South East region of Nigeria has worsened with the government blaming its alleged militant wing, Eastern Security Network, ESN, blamed for the violence in the area. The violence in the region has crippled the economy of the area and many stakeholders believe that the release of Kanu would reduce insecurity and restore the economy. Many Nigerian leaders including state governors, members of the National Assembly have intensified pressure on President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to release Nnamdi Kanu. However no one has come up with conditions for his release. This video examines the likely conditions for Nnamdi Kanu's release.

This adviser professor is not a person to be talking in the public. Did he advise Abacha well, or the constitution he helped to draft working?

How can you say that kanu jumped bail, hasn't your erudite professor of law heard the judgement by the appeal court and that of Supreme Court? Did all the bandits and Sunday Igboho has conditional release too? Kanu did not jump bail, but his life was threatened by Nigerian forces who came to kill him and as a result, he flew for his life. The right to life is an inalienable right guaranteed by law.

Rubbish professor of law. Several court judgements including Supreme Court have ruled that Kanu did nit jump bail given the circumstances in which he was force to flee Nigeria and that his bail be re-instated. So it is either your so called learned silk is stupid and incompetent because he doesn't read, listen or pay attention to contemporary courts judgements about Mazi Nnamdi Kanu!

All these decisions they making based on Nnamdi Kanu are mainly a code words directed at NdIgbo generally.
These people hate NdIgbo to the core and if you have eyes I mean( eyes) they threatening NdIgbo elders and ellites trying put fears on them

It me tell you why the fulani didn't want to grant him bail, is simply to let their cows keep eating grass and keep killing the farmers. Nothing else. But what they must bear in mind is he must be released.

All the talk about bail conditionalities for MNK has no merit. As long as the Courts ruled for unconditional release by dropping all the charges, the matter is completely resolved !!! These other extraordinary legal and non- legal creations are irrelevant to the matter. Let the young man go his way. The Federal Government and President Buhari dealt with Nigerian Law contemptuously as if they were above the law by ignoring court injunctions.

It is my conviction that Professor Yadudu is flawed, in his analysis. Is he somewhere in the Outer-space, when Courts of competent jurisdictions and some International opinions ruled and concluded, respectively, that he did not jump bail, but was induced, by the Federal Government, to run for his life. It is no wonder that he is reasoning like this. Look how he advised Abacha. He should be in hiding. Were they not the people that contrapted the 1999 Constitution, which has persistently relegated us all, to this quagmire? Give me a break!
